The newly built luxurious Villa Soho is located in Starigrad, a small town in northern Dalmatia, right at the foot of the Velebit mountain. This enchanting beauty is only 80 meters away from the sea, offering a fantastic view of the crystal-clear Adriatic which you can enjoy like royalty!

Villa Soho, a modern construction, opens its doors to a maximum of 14, optimally 12 people. Ideal for large families with children or a group of friends looking to indulge in complete luxury! With 280 m2 of living space and a total property area of 600 m2, this villa provides the perfect retreat. It is just 100 meters away from the nearest pebble beach, offering excellent opportunities for entertainment, swimming, and exploring the marine depths.

The villa is fully air-conditioned, and on the upper floor, guests will find 6 bedrooms with double beds (160x200), each with its own en-suite bathroom and terrace for sipping morning coffee with a beautiful view. In the living room, another two guests can sleep on the 2 pull-out sofas. 

The ground floor offers a modernly equipped kitchen where you can prepare your favorite meals for family and friends. In the dining room, you can enjoy delicious dinners. The kitchen also features a bar with 4 bar stools. The spacious living room is the perfect place for afternoon relaxation with a good movie or your favorite series, and children can enjoy PlayStation.

The outdoor terrace will captivate you, especially with the heated 40 m2 infinity pool and a depth of 1.4 meters, along with the lounge area next to the pool. Beside it, on the sun deck, you'll find sun loungers. The terrace also offers a barbecue and an outdoor summer kitchen, ideal for cooking delicious fish or meat dishes, as well as reading books in the shaded seating area under the pine trees!

You can spend romantic evenings in the Jacuzzi with a glass of delicious wine, while the sauna provides relaxation for the soul and body in a peaceful environment.

During your stay, you can use a washing machine, a separate toilet, and a sofa bed for an additional 2 people. For families with children, high chairs and a crib are available.

Upon prior arrangement and payment, Villa Soho also allows a maximum of 2 pets, which will delight guests who want to bring their furry friends on vacation.

The villa's yard is completely fenced, and outside of it, there are 6 parking spaces. Additionally, the villa is equipped with an electric car charger.

The Paklenica National Park is a perfect escape for those who enjoy hiking and climbing or simply relishing in beautiful nature. Visitors who appreciate movies about Winnetou, the Native American hero of the Wild West, can visit the museum dedicated to the character, located nearby.

Don't miss visiting the urban centre of Zadar, just half an hour's drive away. All enthusiasts of cultural and historical monuments will enjoy this city rich in history dating back to prehistoric times. Known as a city three thousand years old, Zadar is one of the cities with the largest number of preserved historical monuments in Croatia.

In addition to the Roman Forum, one of the largest preserved forums in Europe, the most famous attraction is the Church of St. Donatus dating back to the 9th century, and numerous churches from the Romanesque, Gothic, and Renaissance periods will delight all history and culture lovers. Near Zadar is the historical town of Nin, similarly significant for its cultural heritage.
