With 180 m2 of living space on a private 500 m2 plot, this villa is the perfect choice for families or groups of friends seeking a relaxing seaside holiday. The villa can accommodate up to 8 guests, with 6 being the optimal number for maximum comfort and privacy. Fully air-conditioned and thoughtfully equipped, it provides everything needed for a carefree stay.

The ground floor features three spacious bedrooms. Two of them are equipped with king-size beds (180x200 cm), en-suite bathrooms, and direct access to the terrace with a sea view. The third bedroom has a queen-size bed (160x200 cm) and its own private bathroom as well, ensuring full comfort for all guests.

Upstairs, you’ll find a modern kitchen with everything needed to prepare delicious meals, a dining area with a table for 8, and a large living room with a comfortable sofa bed (sleeps 2 extra guests), a TV, and access to a terrace with a panoramic sea view. Villa Casa Sorelle also includes a washing machine and ironing facilities, making it suitable for longer stays. Additionally, there is a separate toilet on the upper floor

On the spacious outdoor terrace, you’ll find an elegant heated infinity pool with salt water (electrolysis), covering 26 m2 – perfect for relaxation and refreshment. Surrounded by six comfortable sun loungers, it's an ideal spot for soaking up the sun. Villa Casa Sorelle is fully fenced, offering complete privacy. There are 4 private parking spaces inside the yard and 4 additional spaces just outside. For fun and entertainment, guests can enjoy badminton and table tennis.
