This lovely 4-star villa on Hvar Island is part of a resort consisting of 11 villas. It is located in Mala Rudina village, 3 km from Stari Grad, or 6 minutes by car.
The surface of the villa is 190 m2 and has two floors, the ground floor and the first floor. The interior of the stone Villa Pharia with Pool VII is rustic and oozes a relaxing homey ambiance. The best interior part belongs to a cozy living room with sofas and a flat TV. From the living area, you can access a big, roofed terrace with a pool view, an outdoor seating area, and a barbecue. In the same room, there is an enchanting kitchen which is fully equipped.
Villa Pharia with Pool VII can accommodate up to 8 people, in three bedrooms and one comfortable sofa bed for 2 people in the living area.
There are 3 double bedrooms, two of them are located on the first floor. The master bedroom on the first floor has a charming terrace with a sea view and a view of Brac Island.
One bedroom with big doors to the terrace is located on the ground floor and is suitable for wheelchair accessible. The bathroom, however, does not have any special amenities for the disabled.
At the villa, there are also 3 ensuite bathrooms and 1 toilet.
The private garden that surrounds the villa is full of greenery. The swimming pool has a surface of 30 m2 and is perfect for refreshment if you are not planning to visit some of the nearby beaches. Six beach chairs will help you to get tanned.
At the resort, there is a small bar with evening refreshments where you can enjoy your favorite cocktail before you head to dinner in one of the local restaurants. The playground for children is near the bar.
One parking place and Wi-Fi are also at your disposal. Events are on request only.
Hvar town is located 23.5 km or 40 minutes by car.
