The characteristic stone house known as Fredys is located in the heart of Stari Grad old town with a direct view of the harbour, which is just a short walk away. The modern interior style is uncomplicated and functional, combining the historical Dalmatian architecture with elements of modern living, while the furnishings have been chosen with much emphasis on puristic comfort and the feel-good factor.

Fredys is a multi-faceted building: On the ground floor, a bistro invites you to enjoy moments of healthy indulgence. Above it, on the first floor, is the Fredys co-working office. This offers a space for focussed, efficient working in a quiet atmosphere. On the second and third floors are the Fredys guest apartments, which can be accessed via a separate entrance for guests only.

GENERAL â EQUIPMENT
The apartments are equipped with bed linen from the brand Fussenegger (Made in Austria) for the number of persons booked and an initial supply of towels from the brand Vossen (Made in Austria), as well as tea towels. Note: The towels are not for external use. Beach towels can be reserved in addition (see extra: "Fredys Beach Bag").
The building is located in the car-free part of Stari Grad. Public parking is available nearby, but please note that there is no access by car, even for arrival and departure.
We are happy to provide you with one free parking space per flat. He is located 5/10 minutes walk from the flat.
Because of the historical architecture, access to the apartment is not wheelchair-friendly or barrier-free. The apartment can only be reached via a relatively steep flight of steps.
Important note:
The steps are quite steep and parents should be aware that small children will have to be carried.
Dogs are very welcome to stay in this apartment. A fee of ⏠20 per booking will be charged.

Here at Fredys we can also accommodate your four-legged friends in the Apartment1/2 LIVING & Hopper.
Out of consideration for the next guest, the building and the historic old town, however, we ask you to respect the following rules:
- Dog mums and dads should please bring their own bed for their pets to sleep on. The beds and furniture are intended for two-legged guests only.
- Please walk your four-legged family members on a lead at all times.
- Never leave your beloved pets alone in the apartment! There are other residents in the building and we have already had dogs that have done their business out of fear, barked for hours or chewed the furniture.
- We kindly ask you to dispose of the waste from our four-legged guests in poop bags placed in the residual waste. There are bins for this purpose on your walk, for example at the Riva.
- Youâll find a doggy play area / dog park here: Stari Grad
- To ensure that four-legged family members also have a great stay, we have prepared the following doggy service:
o Dog poop bags you can help yourself to
o Two dog food bowls
o Doggy welcome snack
