Unique Lake Goodwin Waterfront Cabin with Private Hot Tub and Boat Moorage

Tranquil “Bahama Oasis” cabin on Lake Goodwin. New hot tub, fire pit table, & propane BBQ overlooking the Lake with unobstructed sunset views. Watch the Eagles fish, & the Otters play. Cabin is very relaxing with water views out of every window. Double doors lead out over a catwalk to the elevated boat deck with diving board. 11ft cantilever rotating umbrella can cover the hot tub and fire pit table. There is a fireplace for cozy evenings & 5.1 surround sound home theater in the front room.
The space
The deck around the cabin, hot tub, fire pit, BBQ, elevated boat deck, diving board, finger pier to the North. 2 Kayaks, 2 Paddle Boards, Pedal Boat, & misc. blow up "floaty" toys are all for the exclusive use of the guests

As you walk in the front door, you will see nothing but “Lake” out of every window. To the Right is the clean & modern Bathroom complete with Jetted Tub. Straight ahead is the bedroom with a queen size “Pillow Top” mattress. (We have had many positive comments on how comfortable the bed is.) A big screen TV & views of the lake out of the bedroom windows as well. To the Left is the eating bar, & open feel Kitchen that offers a drip / pod coffee machine, microwave, small oven / stove, air-fryer & full-size refrigerator w/ice maker. To the right of the Kitchen area is the Living room with a queen size Hide-a Bed with “Foam Topper”.

If Mother Nature keeps you inside, you still have the fantastic view, along with a cozy propane fired fireplace, board games, & a large screen smart tv in the living room with 5.1 theater surround sound. YouTube, & several other free stations are provided. Bring your streaming password and enjoy your favorite station. The bedroom TV is also a large screen smart TV with Roku and several other stations. There is no lag time with our 250Mbps High speed internet.

If you want to bring your Fishing / Ski boat, there is ample room to park your trailer & Moore your boat at the finger per right outside your door. This lake allows year around fishing, is stocked, & is well renowned for its Bass fishing. In fact, there are Bass tournaments held here often. It is also a great recreational lake in the summer with waterskiing, wakeboarding, swimming, kayaking, paddle boarding… . Just down the road, there is a very easy to use boat launch @ Weinberg County Park.

If you want to get out & explore a little.... Kayak Point on the Puget Sound is just a 10-minute drive West. Camano Island & the beautiful Skagit Valley is Just to the North, and The Tulalip Casino, & Seattle Outlet mall is just down the hill
Guest access
We provide self-check-in. Before arrival, you will be given a unique access code to input into the front door lock.
There are two well-lit easy access level parking spaces provided. If you have a boat trailer, we can accommodate that as well with advance notice.

Other things to note:
This is an "Adults Only" vacation rental. Children under the age of 18 are not allowed, overnight, or day use, due to the close proximity to the water.
4 overnight guests maximum. Any additional day guests need approval from the Host.
No pets please.
Minimum age to rent 21
28 night maximum stay.
There are some stairs leading down to the cabin by the lake as some of the pictures show.
