Managed by the owners and not a property manager (so you get personalized attention), the Blue Birch Cottage is an impeccably clean, beautifully decorated property that magically blends upscale cottage and cabin styles.  All pine interior construction and mountain views out every window, this property offers a full kitchen with stainless appliances and granite countertops, cozy living room with fireplace and soaring cathedral ceiling, bedroom with luxe Egyptian cotton linens, and a spa-style bathroom with marble topped vanity, freestanding Jacuzzi brand soaking tub, and a full shower. Enjoy the outdoors with your own private hot tub, a covered (mountain facing) front porch furnished with authentic log furniture, a side deck with Weber propane grill and seating, and a firepit in the front of the property with GORGEOUS mountain facing views. The Blue Birch Cottage is located on Roundhead Mountain, easily accessed from a paved rural road and paved lane, 5 minutes to grocery/coffee/restaurants. It is privately situated on its own acreage, easily accessed by any vehicle, 4WD not necessary during normal weather conditions.

Minimum rental age is 24 years, no groups permitted. Max two adults (plus child poss, pls inquire).

Electric Vehicle Owners: Level 1 (standard 120 v) charging at all of our properties, including extension cord. Level 2 offered at four local spots, details on our website.
