GUEST ACCESS

Guests have full access to the entire apartment.

A unique door code is provided for each guest, active from 3:00 p.m. check-in until 10:00 a.m. check-out.

The unit is located on the top floor, 3 short flights.



SURVEILLANCE

For safety, cameras are located on the outside of the building. A Ring camera/doorbell is installed at each unit facing the stairwell. There are no cameras inside the apartment.



SIMPLE HOUSE RULES

No Smoking – inside the apartment or building. Smoking only in designated outdoor areas

No Pets

No Parties or Events – quiet hours 10 PM – 8 AM

Maximum Occupancy 4 – only registered guests may stay overnight



Note: This apartment is in a small building with five units. Your space is private, but other guests may be present in the building. While suitable for children, it is not childproof. Tall guests, please be aware that the ceiling slopes a bit between the kitchen and hallway; we don't want you to bump your head. There is no dishwasher in the unit. Washer & Dryer access is available in the basement laundry room for longer guest stays.
