We have extensive kitchen equipment available, including a main oven with separate 6 ring ceramic hob, an American fridge-freezer and a second additional fridge, a halogen oven, slow cooker/frier, and microwave.

We also offer cheese and chocolate fondues, a chocolate fountain, cafetiĂšre, teapot, garlic press, pestle and mortar, toaster, double and single electric whisk, and a cold water and ice dispenser.

In our garden kitchen, you can enjoy our large BBQ, cauldron tripod, and chiminea with roast chestnut pan, marshmallow forks, toasting forks.

We have large sofas to relax on in a room with high ceilings, TV and various other seats. It is a great space to unwind in after a day of adventure.

Each bedroom is decorated differently, which has proven to be extremely popular with children!

The master bedroom is neutral in style, with wonderful tall ceilings and a TV.

Sleep beneath a painted Pride Rock sunset while lush green scenery is visible on every wall. A sturdy double “savanna” below and a cosy single perch above set the scene for Simba-style dreams. Wind down with movies on the TV and let the circle of zzz’s begin.

Step through the “hatch” and into a bright, ocean-themed bunk room that feels like sleeping inside a storybook submarine. Vibrant, hand-painted fish dart across aqua walls while a round porthole frames a tranquil seascape and sets the mood for under-the-sea adventures.

The solid-wood bunk beds offer two full-length single mattresses.

đŸ•žïž Swing into Your Own Spidey-Suite đŸ•žïž

Bold comic-book reds and electric blues splash across the walls as Spider-Man swings between skyscrapers, setting a high-energy New-York-cityscape vibe.
A triple bunk stacks three full-length single beds—each with cosy mattresses - so every hero gets their own perch.
Pull-out drawers are there for secret gear, while a mirror lets you check your super-suit before hitting the town.
Wind down to cartoons or movies on the wall-mounted TV, flick off the overhead, and let your Spidey-senses snooze.

Everybody has a Princess in their life!
This room can accommodate two adults. Access to the Harry Potter cupboard is, as you'd expect and in keeping with Harry Potter, through a small door 😁

Accessed through a small door, it is a magical space to be! A single bed for a wizard or a witch awaits!

All beds will be made up so that you're able to choose which theme you would like. The cleaning fee is based on a maximum of 6 beds being used so if more beds are slept in, there will be an additional fee of ÂŁ15 per bed to cover the linen being laundered. Thank you :)

It offers you gated and off-road parking and very secure gardens for children and dogs.

The gardens have extensive child and adult games including basketball, badminton, darts, swing ball, bowls, boules, quoits, bat and ball games, badminton, frisbees, and croquet.

Keeping everyone entertained is a breeze—especially the kids! A dedicated children’s garden adjoins the main garden, promising hours of outdoor fun for little adventurers and adults.

Space for four cars comfortably on the private driveway.

Guests will have access to the whole barn, gardens and car park.

My property management team will be available 24/7 via email, or phone to assist my guests.

Pass the KeysÂź provides a hotel standard of service for short-let properties.

The property is professionally maintained and cleaned; professionally cleaned linens and toiletries are guaranteed. 24/7 guest support is also available before and during your stay.
The local community-based Pass the KeysÂź team personally inspects the property and certifies that the home has met Pass the KeysÂź Property Readiness Standard.


Consumables

We provide complimentary tea and coffee, as well as shampoo, shower gel and soap. Other items provided during your stay are a washing-up pack, toilet roll and kitchen roll. These should last a couple of days.

Other Details To Note - Check in and out times
‘Check-in time is after 4pm and check-out time is before 10am. A £30 charge will be requested if guests check themselves in early without permission or if guests do not check out on time as this will cause disruption to my cleaner’s schedule.

IMPORTANT: On behalf of our host at Pass the Keys, we require guest verification facilitated by Truvi (Previously called Superhog). Upon confirming your booking, Truvi will contact the lead booker via a secure link, providing detailed instructions for the verification process.

The online verification requires a government-issued photo ID and a credit or debit card. During this process, you may choose between a refundable GBP 500 deposit (plus GBP 10 transaction fee currency equivalent) or purchase a non-refundable damage waiver of GBP 40 (currency equivalent) to cover potential damages during your stay.

Once the verification process is successfully completed, check-in information will be provided. If you opted in for a deposit, this will be refunded via credit/debit card after your stay, subject to an inspection of the property.
