Welcome to the White House in Staffanstorp, a newly renovated, stylish home designed for larger groups, families, and business teams who want a calm base with easy access to Malmö and Lund. The house combines comfort and practicality with a bright open-plan living area, underfloor heating in the main spaces, and a private garden that feels especially cosy in the evenings thanks to its decorative lighting.
Inside, the kitchen, dining and living areas are open plan and face the garden through a full glass wall, making it easy for everyone to spend time together. You can unwind by the fireplace, stream your favourites on the 65-inch smart TV, cook group meals in the fully equipped kitchen, and make use of the washer and dryer for longer stays. Fibre WiFi is stable and well suited for remote work and business travel, and parking nearby is typically plentiful, including for vans.
Sleeping arrangements
The home has 8 bedrooms across two floors, with a mix of king beds, a double bed, and single beds. Most rooms include a desk or workspace. All bedrooms have dark shades except Bedroom 6, which has a sloped ceiling window without a dark shade. Bedroom 7 has storage drawers but no wardrobe.
Bathrooms
There are two full bathrooms with showers, toilet, basin, and underfloor heating (one upstairs and one downstairs), plus a separate guest WC downstairs near the entrance.
Garden and outdoor features
Step into a private, separated garden (around 150 sqm) with an outdoor cooking area, fire pit, and a year-round electric hot tub that comfortably fits up to six guests. There is also a cold outdoor shower connection for a refreshing rinse.
Hot tub use and hours
The hot tub is included and available all year round, but it requires advance notice so we can prepare, heat and balance it properly. Please tell us at booking or at least 48 hours before check-in if you plan to use it. Hot tub hours are 08:00 to 21:00. Guests must shower before entering and replace the cover after use. Please avoid oils or lotions. Misuse may result in additional cleaning or maintenance charges.
What is included
Bed linen is included and beds are made prior to arrival. Towels are provided as two per guest, one for normal use and one suitable for the hot tub. Extra towels can be requested for an additional cost.
Good to know before you book
There is a separate unit next door in the same building called Hambo Hideaway. The driveway or entrance area and bins are shared, but each unit has its own entrance and the outdoor areas are fully separated with a solid divider. The gardens are not shared and guests cannot see into the other unitâs garden.
This is a peaceful residential neighbourhood. Quiet hours are 21:00 to 07:00. Parties and events are not allowed, and only registered guests may stay at the property. Smoking indoors and pets are not permitted. There is an outdoor security camera at the entrance only.
Check-in is self check-in via a smart lock. In accordance with Swedish law, the lead guest must provide a valid government-issued ID prior to arrival. Check-in instructions and access details are shared once identity verification is completed. A baby crib can be requested, subject to availability.
Corporate & Business Stays
The property is frequently used by business travellers and teams working in the Malmö and Lund area. Corporate bookings are welcome and invoices can be issued for company stays, making it easy for businesses to manage travel and accommodation.
Children are very welcome at the property. That said, the home has not been specifically child-proofed, so parents and guardians are fully responsible for supervising children at all times and for deciding whether the accommodation is suitable for their familyâs needs. Security Measures: The property is equipped with outdoor security cameras monitoring the entrance and shared areas. Tampering with security equipment will result in immediate cancellation of the reservation without refund.
Immediate Termination: Severe violations, such as hosting unauthorized parties, causing property damage, or repeated noise complaints, may result in immediate termination of your stay with no refund.
Liability Disclaimer: Guests are liable for any actions that result in damage, excessive wear, misuse of amenities (including the jacuzzi and fire pit), or disruptions to the property or neighborhood. Claims will be enforced through our rental agreement.
