The villa is spread over two floors, featuring 3 bright bedrooms with louvered windows that allow you to enjoy the sea breeze and fall asleep to the soothing sound of the ocean, along with 2 bathrooms with showers, including one en-suite in the master bedroom. On the upper floor, the master suite has a king-size bed, and the secondary suite has a queen-size bed. The third bedroom, located on the lower floor, has two twin beds that can be converted into a king-size bed upon request, making it a perfect place for 3 couples or a family with kids.

The villa boasts a spacious, fully equipped kitchen with a breakfast bar, perfect for cooking and enjoying quality time with family. Choose between the indoor dining area or the outdoor table under a covered porch on the terrace for your meals, all while admiring panoramic views of Cowpet Bay. The fantastic pool serves as the centerpiece for relaxation, surrounded by a large terrace with loungers, ideal for soaking up the sun. The swimming pool is FOR YOUR EXCLUSIVE USE.

The property is ideal for larger groups, since if your party requires more than 3 bedrooms, you can reserve two adjoining units—one with two bedrooms and another with one—each with its own kitchen. When booked together, they also offer direct access to the pool, meaning that in total we can provide a larger home with 5 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms, or even 6 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms. There is also ample free parking available. Twin beds can be converted into king-size beds upon request.
