Les points faibles : Personnel et service et confort de la chambre
Terrible place
First- No hot water.
Second- TV without control and programming. Faucet has no water. The Room area 5âx 6â.
Access to the property A RISKY ONE! And night price like Ritz Carton. All reviews said 8.8 as excellent, I have no idea how!
It is a very quaint, quiet hotel. We basically let ourselves in with a code, (We were early) We were served breakfast in the morning at a time of our choosing. The staff was great.
The rooms was functional with a nice balcony overlooking a small harbor. Unfortunately our yaxi van was too large to get up the winding driveway so we had to drag our bag up a steep hill. Also a busy and noisy road was right beside the hotel and our room.
Beautiful view of the harbor in Red Hook Property is clean and close to strip. Itâs nice to wake up and have breakfast on patio. Same food every morning though. We stayed there and took the car barge to St John every morning and it was perfect.
Amazing customer service. Was in a pinch for a cancelled flight and accommodated is at the last minute. Was only there for 7 hours, wish I had more time. Neat little boutique hotel. Recommend
Our stay here was lovely. Hospitality was truly excellent. Breakfast served everyday with a beautiful view of the bay. My 2 suggestions are truly personal and are just comfort features
1. A full length mirror somewhere
2. Use of a coffee pot when caretakers are not present.
I would definitely recommend!
This property is what I call a Bed & Breakfast. The Hostess is a beautify Human being. Her spirit displayed genuine love, respect, and professionalism. Our unit was clean, modestly decorated, and furnished with everything you would need in this condominium floor plan. At this time Saint Thomas VI. was still recovery and rebuilding from a hurricane a few years back. But this property was in great condition compared to other properties on the Island. We were in walking distance shopping, dining and the Red Hook ferry system that provided transportation to other islands. Our unit's balcony had a beautiful view of the Red Hook harbor bay. Privacy and relaxation were very easy to obtain. Our Hostess provided great service for My Wife and I. It would be a great honor to be fortunate to return to Two Sandals and she is still employed. Prayers and Love to Janice, from the Pride couple.
We stayed in the 2-bedroom suite. The furnishings and kitchen supplies appeared to be a hodge podge of things bought at flea markets including a couch that looked like it had been abandoned somewhere with a moving blanket thrown over it to disguise its dilapidated condition. The entrance is the steepest driveway we have ever seen and exiting is completely blind to cross traffic which is travelling fast.
