New luxury apartment/villas, East End.
Located on the east end of the island at Scott Beach by Compass Point two minutes walk to the beach. Close to the Grocery store, Red Hook and ferry terminal.

The guest will have over 1,500 square feet of space. Sleep 8, Located at Scott Beach by Compass Point two minutes walk to the beach. 2 bedrooms 2 bathrooms, close to Red Hook. Pool, Air condition, built in Electric Microwave & Oven, Induction cook top, Granite Counter Tops, Refrigerator, Washer/Dryer, Dish Washer, Dish Network TV' Wifi. This property also have a large back-up generator so the house is never out of power (House is fully powered 24/7). Off-street parking, fully furnished. Very quiet, safe and friendly neighbor hood.

Guest access.......
You will have access to the entire unit. You can do your laundry, watch your favorite TV show or sports on any of the three 60" flat screen HDTV. You can cook your own meals, eat out or sit back after a long beach day have a glass of wine and do some grilling.

Neighborhood overview.......
The property is located on a private street away from the main highway so there is no traffic noise, every safe and friendly neighborhood, there are 4 houses on my street and I owned two of them, I live in the on across the street so I am always available if my guest need me. It is close to the water only 2 minutes walk to the beach.

Getting around......
You can get a taxi to anywhere you need to go on the island but it will be very pricey, I highly recommend renting a car so you can go wherever you want and when you want. We have a family owned rental car business and we offer our guest up to 15% discount on rental cars. Guest can also take our cars to St John on the car barge from Red Hook to visit and explore the beaches and parks in St John.

Other things to note.......
We also have a 125KW automatic generator which is necessary in the Virgin Islands. If you rent a place without a generator and the power goes out you will not have Running Water, Wifi, Toilets, Ceiling Fans, TV, Showers, etc....

We had a fabulous 10 days staying at Scott Beach condos. The units themselves are large, clean and nicely appointed with a well stocked kitchen of cooking equipment if you cook when traveling-we do. Dexter was a great on site owner and host who was instantly responsive if we had any questions or needed anything. Our group rented 3 units in the complex which was very convenient. Great pool. You can walk to the compass point Marina where An Hour Late is a nice Unique bfast spot and the Dive Bar serving lunch/sinner. There’s a small walkable beach on the way to the marina. We ended up renting a car from Dexter which worked out very well for groceries and going into Res Hook (ya gotta be comfortable driving on the left with a right-sided car). Just be aware it’s hard to walk to a lot of things from here but would have no hesitation staying here again!

This is a well maintained, beautiful condo with excellent amenities. Very nice appliances, comfortable beds, clean, updated. Washer and dryer in the unit was very convenient and it was fun to have a pool after a day at the beach. I would highly recommend renting a car from Dexter because many people who booked a car with other companies were turned away without a car.

Perfect space for our family of 4 adults. Clean, well supplied, good parking right in front. The extras (cooler, washer & dryer, snacks upon check in, beach chairs, snorkel equip., blender, shop vac for cleaning sand out of the rental car, kayaks) were very appreciated! We had the pool to ourselves most of our stay. Property owner (Dexter) was friendly, helpful and easy to work with. There is a small beach just a 5 min walk down the hill. It's great for shells and soothing beach sounds but was a little rough for swimming when we visited. Another 5 mins from there is a spot on the pier for breakfast, coffee and lunch. I recommend renting a car, as most of the island isn't very pedestrian-friendly. This location is close to the car ferry to St John and a short drive from many beaches. There are some great recommendations in the condo for food, beaches and less-expensive groceries (so much appreciated!).

Well-kept and convenient to East End destinations

Very good communication with Dexter prior to the trip.The place was clean and inviting upon arrival. Nice pool and pool area. I am sure it is in the listing, but I was surprised to see that both bathrooms are only accessible by going through a bedroom; this might not work well for some groups sharing this place. The location is just a short drive from Red Hook and the Ferry to St. John, which we very much appreciated. There is a nice, little beach a short walk away; you wouldn't likely spend the day there, but it was good for a morning stroll and to see and hear the waves roll and crash, if you are in to that sort of thing.I would definitely book this place again if/when I return to St. Thomas.

Amazing experience

Omgosh I am amazed at how beautiful our stay was. Pictures do an injustice to how wonderful and clean this property is. Truly a hidden gem and a luxury property. I celebrated my birthday on St Thomas and stayed at Dexters property for 6 days and it was a great time. The views were spectacular , the beds were soft, bathrooms, laundry room, kitchen everything was well stocked with supplies or toiletries you may have needed. He even had items you can take to the beach for use. When we walked in it smelt so fresh and clean which made me feel right at home. And he even provides rental options through his company. Great communication, Dexter responds in a timely manner and is there if you need anything during your stay. Very pleasant and knowledgeable host. I will DEFINITELY be back. I loved everything absolutely NO complaints!!

My husband and I stayed with our two kids and nephew (all under age 22). The condo is spacious and very clean. The kitchen has pretty much everything you need. The fridge is massive. The wraparound deck is great, especially in the morning. It has a view of the ocean. It is quiet! That was nice. Everything in the condo worked. Sometimes in rentals, things don’t work right. Everything was great here. Having all the beach items like beach chairs, umbrellas, cooler, snorkel gear was a huge bonus.

Excellent Condos Near Compass Point

We had a great stay in St. Thomas! The condo was clean, roomy and well-maintained, with modern amenities that made our stay comfortable and enjoyable. We loved strolling to a nearby diner for breakfast in the morning, soaking in the local charm before exploring the breathtaking beauty of St. Thomas. Great place and perfect location

This condo was even better than the pictures! Very tidy and spacious. Plenty of amenities including beach towels, snorkeling gear, cooler, and chairs! Neighborhood is quiet and the place was not difficult to find. Close to lots of restaurants and a couple of grocery stores. We decided to take advantage of Dexter’s offer and rented an SUV from him as well. Thank you for an enjoyable stay!

First time in the islands

Quiet clean and safe location. Close to red Hook and ferry access. Dexter is great to work with communicates well. Condo has all the things you need to cook meals. Only thing lacking was access to A barbecue but we didn't ask Dexter specifically for that amenity. Great convenience, renting the condo and car with the same people. They brought the car to the airport and then picked it up from the airport when we were flying out. Overall awesome vacation.

Great stay - Brand new property

The unit is brand new well built with big kitchen, nice bathrooms, equipped with plenty of utensils, pots and pans. It is much better than online pictures. The host is very nice to allow us enjoy the their garden fruit. It would be great if the kitchen had the fan hood. Thank you!
