Just a short walk down the hill and past Sapphire Marina you will find a beautiful white sand beach with protected areas for snorkeling. Sapphire Village is conveniently located at the East End of St. Thomas less than 1 mile from Red Hook, where you will find many conveniences such as a grocery store, pharmacy, ATM, numerous shops, restaurants and bars, and of course the ferry to St. John.

Completely renovated in 2017, this comfortably furnished 500 square foot studio sleeps 2; has a king size bed, shower only bath, hair dryer, storage dresser, closet space, safe for valuables, wireless internet, and television with Firestick streaming service (use your own Netflix, Hulu, etc. account). The fully furnished kitchen includes Keurig coffee maker, microwave, refrigerator, oven, toaster, blender, dishes, and utensils. Beach towels and beach chairs are also provided in the unit.

The condo is in the middle level of the building—walk straight in from the parking lot level without having to drag your luggage up or down the stairs. Also on the same ground level is one of 2 freshwater pools in the development. The other pool is one tier lower next to Sudi’s Restaurant and Bar. There is a laundry room on property near the management office across from the lower pool. At the Sapphire Marina, you will find charter boats for excursions and fishing.

At the beach, you will find the Sapphire Beach Restaurant and Bar and The Beach Buzz coffee shop. Sapphire Beach has coral reefs on each side for snorkeling. Kayaks and lounge chairs are available for rent at the beach. Other water sports such as jet skis and parasailing are available either from vendors on the beach or at the marina.

The Red Hook ferry to St. John runs hourly and only takes about 15 minutes to get there. In St. John you can explore numerous gorgeous white sand beaches and snorkeling spots as well as enjoy several quaint shops, restaurants and bars.

You can take the local “Safari Bus” open air taxi to Red Hook less than 5 minutes away for $1.
Many other attractions of St. Thomas are a short drive or taxi ride away, including Coki Beach, Coral World, and Magens Bay. Downtown Charlotte Amalie is only about 20 minutes away with lots of shopping and attractions. Taxi services are readily available to take you almost anywhere on the island in 30 minutes or less.
