Located Mahogany Run overlooking Magens Bay, one of the `Top 10` beaches in the world, this newly renovated, modern 2-bedroom condo awaits your visit.
There`s no other unit in St. Thomas like this modern 2-bedroom Mahogany Run condo!
The master is outfitted with a comfortable king bed aside a private patio with views of Magens Bay. The master bath is adorned in navy blue and brushed gold and has a soaking tub with the same view of Magens!
The guest room is outfitted with a comfortable queen bed and office alcove for those who are escaping to WFH - work from home.
Every room is equipped with a Smart flat screen TV, cable, Wi-Fi and AC.
Beach towels, floaties, and noodles are available for your use at the beach or property pool.
The unit has a private washer and dryer.
This unit offers a private entrance on the second floor of a two-story building. It has dedicated private, covered parking and ample street parking just feet away from the front door.

There are plenty of taxis and `safari`s` on island. Safari`s are like our local affordable community transportation.
Upon exiting the airport, you will find taxis are waiting to take you wherever you wish.
Major car rental companies are also available: Hertz, Budget, Avis, etc.
We always want our guests to enjoy their time on our beautiful island of St Thomas. For an optimal experience, we encourage our guests to research online prior to visiting.
Guarded and gated, private golf course community
The island does not have Uber or Lift. You will find ample taxis or `safari`s` - our local community transportation to get from place to place.
Just outside of baggage claim at the airport, taxis await to take you wherever you wish.
The unit has dedicated private parking and ample street parking just outside.
***PLEASE NOTE: A 4% fee will be applied and deducted for all cancellations, irrespective of the cancellation policy.*** This fee does not apply to HVMB guests/bookings.
1. Energy Conservation: Please turn off the AC when not present in the unit.
2. Water Conservation: Be mindful of water usage. Avoid long showers. Our water comes from rain catchment and is stored in a cistern below the house. Please be conservative with water, especially when showering and washing dishes. Your cooperation is truly appreciated.
3. NO SMOKING: Smoking is not allowed inside the rental property. Please use designated smoking areas, if available.
4. NO PARTIES: Parties and events are not allowed in the unit. Respect the peaceful atmosphere of our property.
5. Noise Ordinance: Keep loud music and other disturbances to a minimum between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM.
6. No Unregistered Guests: Only registered guests are allowed in the unit.
7. Tidiness: Use provided trash bins within the unit. Extra trash bags are available. Please use shoe bins at the front door to avoid tracking sand and dirt inside the unit.
8. Damages and Replacement Fees: Guests will be assessed a present-value replacement fee for any damaged items.
9. Fees:
- Lost Key Fee: $200
- Smoking Fee: $400
- Disturbance Fee: $500 (If security or authorities are called to the scene/unit, or an incident report is filed, this fee will apply. NO EXCEPTIONS.)
10. Respect for Neighbors: Please be considerate of our neighbors` privacy and keep noise levels to a minimum, especially during quiet hours from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM.
11. Lock Doors and Windows: For your safety, make sure to lock all doors and windows when leaving the property.
12. Personal Belongings: We are not responsible for the loss or damage of personal belongings during your stay. Secure your valuables.
