In the light-filled main level, you’ll find a sleek kitchen with adjoining outdoor bar and a spacious common area perfect for relaxing with your guests. Two of the spacious bedrooms are located downstairs—one with a queen-size bed, en suite bathroom and sliding glass doors that open to the patio, and another with bunk beds.
Upstairs, you’ll find vaulted ceilings, a second common area for relaxing and the primary suite. Enjoy a relaxing soak in the primary bathroom’s deep tub or luxuriate in the open shower. The upper level opens to a deck with outdoor seating and views of Hans Lollik. A fourth bedroom is located in the renovated pool house and has gym equipment for your at-home workouts.
On the landscaped grounds, you’ll find a private pool, spacious patio and ample outdoor seating. Enjoy an island-favorite Painkiller at the walk-up bar, or dine al fresco at the outdoor table.
