- Split-unit air conditioning in each room (individually controlled)
- Ceiling fans throughout
- Automatic generator powers the entire unit during outages
- Cistern-fed water: we try to schedule water deliveries prior to your arrival, however, due to the water truck's schedule, we might need to coordinate a delivery while you're in the property to ensure you don't run out of water during your stay.
- Important note: During the cool “Christmas Winds” season (Dec–Feb), if you open the doors to enjoy the breeze, please shut off the AC to avoid damaging the units. They can’t keep up with high humidity in the air and will leak water inside the property, damaging furniture and flooring.
- Hurricane season is August–October, we strongly recommend travel insurance to protect your trip in the event of a hurricane

Getting Around
We recommend getting a rental car as that is the best way to see the most out of St. Thomas but if you prefer taxis, that’s no problem for this location! Pineapple Village is in a great, central location and being at Margaritaville makes it convenient to grab a taxi when you need

* Red Hook (6-Minute Drive): Bars, restaurants, shopping, and the ferry to St. John, it’s all just a quick trip from your door.
- More Beaches, More Fun: Explore nearby gems like Lindquist Beach, Sapphire Beach, and Secret Harbor, all within easy reach.
- Cost U Less & The Market (groceries) – 11 minutes, most affordable place to grab groceries on the island. Some items are in bulk but most are not.
- Havensite shops + Pirate Museum – 20 minutes, lots of shopping options. The Pirate Museum is open when cruise ships are in port and is fun way to learn about the history of the island.

Island Tings
This is a tropical island. Lizards may sneak inside (they help with bugs), and you'll likely see a few wild critters from your balcony. We have monthly pest control and recommend keeping doors closed to avoid extra guests.

* While the condo itself is completely private, you may encounter vendors who service the property like a landcapers, generator techs, or pest control. They set their own schedules and don't always notify us in advance.

* Signing a rental agreement is requirement to rent this condo.
