Many activities are available at the marina including boat rentals and fishing. The heart of St. Simons is just around the corner, with the Pier Village a 5-minute drive away and the main beach just beyond that, only 3.5 miles from the condo. Great opportunities for walking, biking, and exploring abound!

Minimum Age to Rent is 25 years old - this applies to all guests with the exception of multi-generational families.

What to Expect in your unit:
Linens (Bath towels and bed sheets), hair dryers, fully equipped kitchen, along with a starter Supply of Toilet Paper, Soap, Paper Towels and Trash Bags. Any additional supplies needed during tenancy will be the responsibility of the guest.
