Quaint Cottage near the village with pool

Welcome the newly updated home, Park Cottage. The location is amazing considering the walking distance to the Village, Pier, Lighthouse, Neptune Park and Mallery Park with a Pickle Ball Court. There is plenty to do nearby for our active guests or simply relax in the comfort of the cottage.

THE SPACE
Inside you will find a beautifully updated interior, both stylish and comfortable. The open concept living space allows for easy relaxation and socializing, while the fully equipped kitchen gives you the freedom to prepare your own meals and snacks.

Enter into an open space of the dining area, kitchen and living room space.

To the right of the entry is a Queen bedroom (sleeps 2), adjoining bath with combination tub/shower. Pass through the pocket door from the bathroom is a generous size laundry room.

The kitchen, located center of the home is well equipped with stainless appliances, gas range, single
serve and drip coffee maker.

Outdoors off the family room is a comfortable deck area with a gas grill.

Located just off the family room is a King suite with a view of the back yard and soon to be pool oasis.

The king suite has an adjoining bat with a large shower.

Parking is registered for no more than 3 motorized vehicles, which would include a golf cart.

Located on the south end of the Island, St. Simons Pier Village district serves as the downtown social hub and is a popular destination for shopping, dining and gathering on the pier and nearby lighthouse, playground and picnic areas. Overlooking the ocean and Jekyll Island across the way, you'll find the St. Simons Lighthouse and Museum, Neptune Park with its ocean side pool and facilities, playground, miniature golf course, and an oak shaded picnic area, fishing pier, public library and theater.

Beach Gear Included!: This home offers beach gear such as beach chairs and beach towels FREE for your use! Bikes, carts, paddleboards and more are available for rent locally, discount included. There are no fees or surcharges attached to your reservation.

Pets: This is not a pet friendly home.

Heated Pool: This property offers a heated pool option. The cost is $75/night+tax and can be added up to 48 hours before arrival. Let us know if you'd like to heat the pool!

No Smoking: No smoking is allowed in the home, on the porches/patios/decks, or on the property in general.

Minimum Age: Must be 25 + to book, or age 30 + on GAFL weekend (last weekend in October) For GAFL weekend (last weekend in October), guests must be age 30 + or kids with their parents, no student groups. We cannot make exceptions for that weekend.

No Events: No events or parties. No overnight guests beyond the original booking group.
