The townhouse development of Mariner's Landing is conveniently located with easy access to the beaches of St. Simons Island, the pier village area, Redfern Village and golfing venues. This location is an easy on and off the island location loved by FLETC agents. The townhouses are recent construction with many high-end finishes and high ceilings. You will enjoy the seasonal community pool (mid-April-Labor Day)!

Bring your boat! The St. Simons Public Marina is a short walk from the complex and you can enjoy the green space at Gascoigne Bluff. You are walking distance to the Frederica River, fishing dock, Frisbee golf and fitness trail. You gotta love it.

You will feel right at home in this 3 bedroom, 2 1/2 bath unit with hardwood floors throughout, with the bedrooms carpeted. Just off the front foyer, you’ll find the œ bath.

The main level features an open floor plan that connects the kitchen, dining and living rooms so everyone can participate in family and friend gatherings. The kitchen features stainless steel appliances, lots of counter and cabinet space. The main floor level includes a screened in patio perfect for morning coffee or afternoon drinks.

Upstairs, there are three bedrooms and the laundry room. The master suite with a King-size bed offers a full walk-in closest with plenty of storage and an en-suite bathroom with his and hers sink area, large walk-in shower, garden tub and separate restroom area with a door for privacy. The two additional bedrooms each have queen size bedding and they share a bathroom with a combination tub/shower.

Wonderful townhouse walking distance to Epworth By The Sea

A group of friends were attending a conference at Epworth By The Sea, and this townhouse was a great place for us to stay while attending. The townhouse was within walking distance to Epworth and allowed us to all stay together. It was very clean, beds were comfortable, and it has everything we needed for our stay!

Great house rental.

This 3 bedroom was spacious and warm. We enjoyed two nights here. The location was ideal for us. Three adults had plenty of room to themselves and plenty of welcoming, sitting space. Everything was as it was described and in pictures. We really enjoyed our stay.

Nice Townhome!

Townhome was very nice with plenty of room! It was clean and had plenty of necessities for guests. Location was nice except for this townhome backs up to a commercial property and traffic can be loud and too much light at night. I would recommend though.

Everything we were looking for

Our stay was amazing.We were a little late, so we had to get our packet from the lock box @ the office. The process was simple & well organized. The home was exactly as pictured & the stay was great. The bed slept very comfortable & their was plenty of space to relax. My wife & I now have a place to stay when visiting the area again

Beautiful, Clean Townhome

We loved our stay at this townhome. The location was convenient for everywhere we needed to go on SSI. The unit was clean, the kitchen was well-equipped, and we had plenty of space. We will definitely book this unit on our next visit! My only suggestion would be to email the renter the check-in instructions instead of having to go to a Property rental office (which is not onsite). The front door code could have easily been emailed. The process seemed a bit outdated this day in age. It was inconvenient to go to the property office to check-in and check-out. We never needed the key they provided to us anyways. But we loved the unit so much for our needs that we will definitely rent again if it is available.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This town home was in the perfect location and fairly well maintained. A couple of things that we found to be disappointing were the build-up on the shower heads and the overwhelming scent of the trash in the garage. Unfortunately there’s not a way around the smell because I’m assuming the community requires the trashcan to be hidden. If you stay here just try to avoid opening the garage door unless absolutely necessary. The home is decorated beautifully but has so many knick-knacks that it’s a little tedious to navigate if you have young children. The home is equipped with all of the kitchenware that you could possibly need. It is spacious enough for a group of 5-6 but would probably be a bit tight with any more than that. Overall great location and very lovely. And the customer service was exceptional, they were available to contact even in the middle of the night when we arrived and couldn’t figure out how to enter the property.
