Welcome to Ocean Pearl. Where you can have it all.

You are 1/2 mile to the beach and 3/4 of mile to the St. Simons Pier and Village area. That's just the beginning! At Ocean Pearl you will enjoy the all-new construction, 4 bedroom, 3.5 bath house that is totally fenced in for your privacy, as well as the all new furniture and décor. The list goes on.

Chef's kitchen with gas oven and cook top is just the "setup" for the dining experience. The dining room table is the signature piece of Ocean Pearl. Hewn from a giant Ambrosia Maple tree from the North Georgia mountains, sanded and finished by the owners, it sports two live edges with seating for eight. With two more seats at the bar, you can comfortably seat 10 for any meal. The wine cooler is conveniently located in the kitchen "island". Keep your best vino at the perfect serving temperature!

After finishing dinner, you may want to retire to the cocktail pool in the courtyard area for a dip and, of course, a cocktail too! You will enjoy the tropical feel of the pool area that has a gas grill for year-round use and a gas fire pit for those cooler nights. That's not all. Watch the big game from the pool on the 50 inch HD flat screen TV. You can just about do it all from the pool courtyard. The cocktail pool can be heated for an additional fee.

When there are two big games going at the same time, the living room has a large flat screen TV, comfy sectional sofa and matching easy chairs. In the winter you'll enjoy your favorite shows with the warm glow from the fireplace. After a day spent enjoying the cooking, dining, swimming, and congregating with family and friends and it's time to call it a day, you will be in for another bedrooms.

The elegant master on the main with king size bed and en-suite bathroom with walk-in shower, stand-alone tub and double vanity is reason enough to rent Ocean Pearl. But there are three more bedrooms upstairs. There is a king bedroom upstairs that shares a Jack and Jill bath with a queen bedroom. The king bedroom is known as the "Fish Room". One look at the pictures and you will see why. The queen bedroom is known as the "Starfish Room". Both bedrooms are uniquely appointed with flat panel TV's. The Jack and Jill connecting the two bedrooms has a walk-in shower and double vanity. The 4th bedroom is for the kids. It has a unique bunk system with 1 upper bunk, two lower bunks and a trundle. With the wall mounted TV and lot of room for the kids to play this room will be a favorite.

Did I mention that this property is dog friendly with a fenced backyard run? Also, there is a deck with a hammock just off the garage. The list goes on but it's just time for you to book Ocean Pearl and see it all for yourself.

Relaxing Stay

We stayed with my two daughters and parents. Location was great and close to everything. We rode the golf cart everywhere. Enjoyed the pool in the afternoons.

It was my daughter’s 21st birthday. We celebrated eating, shopping and dancing. The home was beautiful. Clean, decor pretty, location great, enough towels and supplies, large and spacious rooms for 10. Host, Mary was very nice and helpful. Only drawback is I paid extra for the pool to be heated and it was too cold to sit in. Would definitely return especially in the summer to enjoy the beach.

Graduation Weekend

Came in town with family for daughter's college graduation. The house was perfect for us and we were so happy to be able to bring the doggies. Short walk to beach and to restaurants. Only wish we could have stayed longer!

Family Celebration Weekend

The house was perfect for our family gathering. There were 8 adults, 1 toddler, 1 newborn and two little dogs. Kitchen was well stocked with dishes and utensils. We grilled one night and did takeout the other. It was so nice we all decided we’d rather eat in instead of going out. Bedrooms were all a decent size and the beds were quite comfortable. We enjoyed a couple of cocktails around the dipping pool too. Great property all around.

We had an amazing stay at this charming coastal rental on St. Simons Island. The house is just a short ride from the beach and shops, located in a quiet and safe cul-de-sac. It was beautifully decorated, immaculately clean, and had everything we needed—from a fully equipped kitchen to comfortable bedrooms with high-quality linens. The outdoor area was a highlight, with a spacious deck, plunge pool and plenty of chairs. The hosts were very accommodating and responsive, providing great local tips. We especially loved the photocopied map and list of restaurants and attractions. Overall, it was the perfect balance of relaxation and adventure. Highly recommend and can't wait to return!

My Sister’s Bachelorette Weekend

I reserved this property for my sister’s Bachelorette weekend back in October after researching many of the options in the St. Simon’s area. This place was just the perfect option for our group of 8. So clean and lovely and whimsy, and totally exceeded my expectations. It felt like we were in “The Last Song” or something and the reeds swaying outside of the kitchen window were a dreamy touch too. It was an especially rainy weekend when we were there, which we loved. Not once did we feel our stay was compromised, but only complemented by the nature that the house had to offer and was the perfect launchpad for all of our galavanting and festivities. Just loved. Thank you again!
