If you want to relax at a beach resort community, you will enjoy staying at this comfortable, clean, newly renovated (with new furniture), ground floor condominium at Ocean Walk, one of the premier areas on St. Simons Island. This 2 bedroom, 2 bathrooms unit has new Pergo floors and many features you will appreciate. Four people can stay in comfort.

The fully equipped kitchen includes everything needed for your “home away from home” vacation including microwave, coffee maker, toaster, full size range, refrigerator with ice maker and full size washer and dryer. The living room has a 48” flat screen TV, chair and ottoman you could die for and leather couch that reclines on both ends. Both bathrooms have tub and shower and include quality towels and linens. The master bedroom includes a 32” flat screen TV, quality king size bed. Second bedroom is equipped the same but has a queen size bed. Enjoy a private patio overlooking majestic oaks. WIFI is included, along with cable TV including Netflix. This condo is close to the pool, clubhouse and playground. Beach chairs and towels are provided.

Ocean Walk is the ultimate vacation complex providing the following amenities:

When you cross the bridge to St. Simons Island, the first view is the golden marshes and scenic waterway. Great location within walking distance of the village. And a close drive in both directions to the beach. The condo is very clean and comfortable with everything we needed in the kitchen including packs of coffee and creamers to take us through our two mornings. Not having to go to the grocery store after a long drive was a plus. Plenty of books for a good beach read. The unit sits at the back of the complex and is very quiet and on the ground floor. Nice patio for enjoying morning coffee of afternoon drinks with views of ancient gnarled, moss draped live oaks. Three old friends had such a nice visit and will be back. Only one problem- stay was too short. Thank you, Host Josh.

Property was well located in the quiet Ocean Walk condo complex 3/4ths of a mile north of Pier Village, at the southern tip of the island (shopping, restaurants, pier, lighthouse etc.). Immaculate, nicely decorated and furnished with everything we needed for our three days/two nights with our dog. Morning coffee and light breakfast on the patio under the live oaks was relaxing. It was a bit too chilly for either pool within the complex but the larger one looked quite inviting. The beaches were wildly grand, at least between Gould's Inlet and the East Beaches. The host was easily reachable via email and through VRBO's messenger. We wish we could have stayed longer.

We decided to go to St Simon for a couple of days to explore the island and celebrate my birthday. Since it was planned at the last minute we didn't have many alternatives but we were very fortunate to find what proved to be great accommodations. I would certainly stay again if we come back to visit.

Very comfortable condo. Had issues getting the living room TV to operate with the remote. Also, didn't see any local network stations. I think the TV was only set up for streaming. We had some respiratory issues and after looking around, I think it was due to dirty HVAC ductwork and vents. The property manager made note and said she'd relay it to the property owner.

Loved the decor, beds were very comfortable. Nicely outfitted with everything we needed. Ice maker WORKS! We appreciated all the supplies provided for us. The showerhead in the master needs replacing as it barely sprays. The new couch was functional, but very uncomfortable. We did enjoy our stay!

Cheerleading competition weekend

Adelaide was the perfect hostess. She communicated with us frequently to ensure check in and out was effortless. Also suggested lots of things to do with our granddaughters when they weren't at the Cheerleading completion in Jekyll Island. Unit was a little dated, but very clean, well stocked and roomy. Park right next to the unit was a big hit with the 7 and 9 year old.

Great Location For Quick Access To Village and Beach

My husband and I and our dog, Rosie, thoroughly enjoyed our stay in St. Simons Island, and this condo was a big reason why. A super comfortable bed in the primary bedroom and a dual reclining leather sofa in the living room made every evening relaxing. Two full baths meant we didn't have to step over each other when getting ready. The kitchen was well stocked with equipment and various spices, cooking oil, etc., making cooking a meal easy. We enjoyed the quick access to the downtown village with many restaurants and shops and the East Beach access from the condo. We also had a nice afternoon jaunt to the north end of the island and visited Fort Frederica while admiring beautiful homesites along the way.
