This fabulous cottage has 4 bedrooms and 4.5 bathrooms, Day Dream is located in the much desired oceanfront community of Coast Cottages on St. Simons Island. Beautifully decorated with sprawling porches and a spectacular rooftop deck boasting great views, Day Dream Cottage is a first class Golden Isle getaway only steps away from the oceanfront Coast Cottage Pools and Pavilion with private access to St. Simons Island's widest stretch of sand.


THE SPACE
The cottage has 4 bedrooms and 4 1/2 baths and sleeps up to 12 guests. There are 3 king size beds and 2 sets of triple bunk beds.
Coast Cottage beach is accessible 24/7 so you never have to worry about the tide. The Coast Cottage neighborhood has a private beach access with boardwalk to the beach.

Bedrooms
The first floor showcases three guest bedrooms and ensuite bathrooms.

The main level : Bedroom 1 has a King bed with Smart TV. The ensuite bathroom has his-and-her vanities and walk-in a shower.
Bedroom 2 : King bed and Smart TV. This bedroom has an ensuite bathroom with a walk-in shower.
The bunk room: Two sets of custom made triple bunk beds for the kids, two Big Joe bean bags chairs for lounging or gaming, Smart TV, and an ensuite bath with tub/shower combo. What memories the children will make!

The first level also houses a second den with a sleeper sofa and large HD Smart TV. This is a perfect place for the kids to play games or just relax with a movie after a long day at the beach.

The open living floor plan on the second floor allows guests to enjoy the living space, dining area with seating for 11, and gourmet kitchen with chef's quality Wolf gas range. The living room is a great space to sit back and watch a movie or the game on the large HD Smart TV. The front and back decks are both easily accessible on this level. Turn on the whole house in-ceiling Sonos speakers and enjoy your favorite tunes while you relax!

More about the Primary King Suite: The primary bedroom suite is located on the third floor and is a wonderful escape. This private retreat offers a king bed, a sitting area with a large HD Smart TV and a desk with printer. The primary bathroom features a large soaking tub, his-and-hers vanities, private water closet and a wonderful walk-in shower offering guests a true luxury experience. Your private balcony is the perfect place to enjoy your morning coffee or escape from it all with a good book. The primary suite also has direct access to the roof top deck with wonderful late afternoon and evening breezes and spectacular morning sunrises.

Details of the Heated Community Pool
The Coast Cottages pools can be heated in the cooler/winter months upon request. The fee to heat the pools is $50/day starting 24 hours before the requested heated dates through the end of the last day of requested dates. The Coast Cottages community does heat the pools (at no extra charge to guests) on weekends during cooler months and during the week of Thanksgiving, week of Christmas through New Years Day, the last week of March and first week of April. A 48 Hour Notice to Management is required to heat the pools.

Elevator: This property offers an elevator. As a residential elevator it is not guaranteed to be ADA compliant.

No Smoking: No smoking is allowed in the home, on the porches/patios/decks, or on the property in general.

Minimum Age: We request the primary renter be at least 30 years old.

No Events: No events or parties. No overnight guests beyond the original booking group.
