When you're not swimming, building sandcastles, or walking the beach at high or low tide, you'll be an easy bike ride (or an an even quicker drive) from the St. Simons Lighthouse Museum and the many attractions of Neptune Park, both of which are less than two miles southwest. Take out a kayak for the morning, tee off at the Seaside Golf Course less than three miles west, and sample a variety of restaurants that await on Ocean Boulevard.
