YOUR ST. SIMONS VACATION RENTAL
This St. Simons Island vacation rental is located in the highly sought-after Coast Cottages community on East Beach, offering private beach access, a heated oceanfront pool, and walkable proximity to the Coast Guard Station and WWII Home Front Museum. The pool is heated during Thanksgiving and Christmas weeks, and from March 15 through April 15. Heating is also available outside of those dates for a daily fee with advance notice.

The cottage is elevated with two dedicated parking spaces below and is just a short walk or bike ride from the island’s best spots—start your morning with fresh pastries from Dolce Dough, rent bikes or browse gifts at High Tide, or end the day with oysters at The Half Shell by the pier. Each bedroom features direct access to a private outdoor space—plus, the home includes a marsh-view front porch, a Char-Broil gas grill, and an outdoor shower for rinsing off after the beach.

Inside, the bright two-story layout features a fully equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances, a generous dining area with seating for six, and a coastal living room with high ceilings, natural light, and a 50-inch smart TV.

SLEEP IN ON ST. SIMONS
Two queen bedrooms are located on the main floor, each with ample closet space and doors leading to private patios. These rooms share a full bathroom with a tub/shower combo and a stacked washer/dryer.
Upstairs, the primary suite includes a king bed, seating area, smart TV, ensuite bathroom, and access to its own private balcony—perfect for slow mornings or late-night stargazing.

We loved our stay in St Simons Island, the house was cute and worked well for our group. Loved the big table-lots of time playing cards. Loved the front porch for the morning cup of coffee. Quick walk to a great pool area-the people were so friendly. A few steps to the beach for nice walks. We definitely want to come back-the whole area is so chill-great restaurants, shopping, & beaches. Exactly what I needed to recharge.

Wonderful Retreat

Perfect house with a great location. The house is very well maintained and equipped. The house faces the marsh, with no houses across the street for a more peaceful experience. Short walk to the community pool and beach access point. The beach has a gentle slope to the water and there are 2 pools, one for adults and one for families. I highly recommend this house.

Nice home in cute area

Really enjoyed our stay in the house. There was a slight smell in the mornings, but I couldn't tell if that was the house or something outside, because as the day progressed, the smell went away. It was really clean, and just 5 minute walk to the pool and beach. I'd do it again.

Great Location Cute House

We loved this little 3/2 house and would rent it again. I especially enjoyed a very spacious front porch that has two seating areas. My only complaint is that there is no food storage cabinet or pantry (maybe the new owner intends to install something) so if you intend to cook - you’ll have to put non refrigerated goods on the counters. We loved the close access to the community pool and the beach.

The master bedroom is fantastic - very spacious! The two downstairs bedrooms are smaller, which worked for us as we had kids staying in them. Although technically this place holds 8 guests, I don’t think you’d want more than 6 adults/teens to keep it comfortable. We loved the location - quiet neighborhood, easy walk to the beach, and easy bike ride into town. The pool is also very nice and was a great perk. Would definitely stay here again.

We’d definitely recommend bringing a wagon to make it easier to carry beach and pool gear, especially if you’re traveling with kids or have a lot to bring along.The home itself had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. It was clean, well-stocked, and had plenty of room for all six of us to spread out and relax. Whether we were hanging out in the living area or enjoying meals together, there was more than enough space.The vacation rental management staff was also excellent—very friendly and quick to respond to any questions we had. Their communication helped make our stay even smoother. Overall, it was a wonderful experience!

Reviewer Comments: Emmons Realty and their staff are very pro-active and easy to reach for problems.Location of house great, only room for one car to park in front.Upon reaching the house, the yard and stairs full of tree debris, dirty porch area and chairs. Old mismatched cooking pots and pans. Beds mattresses were lumpy and mushy. I would suggest pulling house off rental market and have owner's do a deep clean and replace the mattresses.

Nice home - a few improvements would make it exceptional

Very nice townhome very close to pool and beach. The home has the essentials in the kitchen and bedrooms. A few critiques that would take this property to the next level: 1) The property only provides a couple rolls of toilet paper and paper towels, among other essentials. The cost of providing more is minimal, but would be helpful. 2) Have a few board games, puzzles or a deck of cards for families. The only entertainment in the home is the TV. 3) the pre arrival email recommend we bring beach towels. We checked an extra bag to bring our own. The home had beach towels. The manager should more clearly articulate what the home has. 4) The mattresses feel cheap and are uncomfortable. You can hear the springs creak as you move. Others have mentioned this, and it appeared to be addressed by the manager as a subjective critique. The mattresses are bad. Invest it better mattresses. 5) upstairs floors creak quite a bit, which is loud downstairs in the bedrooms. This woke our kids, who were sleeping in the smaller rooms downstairs. 6) I requested early check in via text, but didn’t get a response until after the check in time had passed. Other requests were responded to more quickly.

Reviewer Comments: We loved the house and location... very clean and well furnished, etc. However, one guest bedroom downstairs had a mattress that was so unbearable that it made it impossible to sleep with another person in the bed. If one person moved, then it shook the entire bed.. it was so bad one person had to sleep on the sofa every night. this was disappointing given the price we paid for the home. We hope this mattress or bed gets replaced ASAP.
