Grande cuisine, bar, refroidisseur de vin et machine à glaçons, accÚs direct à la véranda pour se divertir. Table à manger se trouve 8, salon avec cheminée et une télévision. Capacité d'accueil jusqu'à 8, chambre # 1 au niveau principal a 2 lits doubles, dressing et salle de bain complÚte adjacente. A l'étage: buanderie, la chambre n ° 2 a 2 lits jumeaux, la chambre n ° 3 a un lit queen size et des portes doubles pour un accÚs direct au balcon, une autre salle de bain complÚte à l'étage. La suite principale dispose d'un plafond voûté, de portes donnant accÚs direct au balcon, d'un lit king-size, d'une télévision, d'une grande salle de bains lumineuse avec douche à l'italienne carrelée, d'un bain de jardin et d'un grand walk-in. Clean, updated and close to beach!

This townhome was beautifully decorated, very clean and close to the beach and restaurants. We were able to access it earlier than expected so we could change and spend time on the beach for the afternoon. The upstairs AC wasn't initially cooling, but the owner was responsive and we were taken care of. I do wish there were more dishes/ glasses in the kitchen for the amount of people the home holds, but that is a very minor request. Overall, we had a lovely stay and I would rent here again!

St Simons Family Vacation and Celebration

This property is amazing and so close to the beach. Oh so clean and provides an outside shower so when back with sandy everyone and everything was fabulous to get all that off and not in the house. The home is beautiful and spacious with everything we needed and appreciated the fully stocked bathrooms and kitchen. We have already requested to stay next year the same week it was perfect for our family of 6 adults and 4 little ones!!!

Fantastic House and Location!

This house was in a perfect location to the beach, The Cottage, and K&P! The house was the perfect fit for our family and felt like home. The owners were very responsive when some hiccups came up! Would definitely stay there again!

Excellent location & spacious property

This was a family/friends trip with 8 people total. The home was spacious and accommodated us all very comfortably. The home was very clean, and the kitchen was well-stocked with everything we needed to cook at home. We ate out a few times. The local restaurants are great! The home is only two blocks from the beach and an easy walk to town. We had such a relaxing vacation!! The sunrises and sunsets are amazing! If we come back to St. Simon’s Island in the future, we would absolutely stay here again.

Fabulous!

We loved this house. It was super close to the beach, in fact, we walked there every day. It was also within walking distance of the downtown area, as well as many restaurants. It was modern and beachy, just the way my grown daughters and I want a beach house to be. I wish St. Simons Island and this house weren't 900 miles away from my home because I would be here several times a year. I would definitely recommend this property to others!

The BEST!

Perfect vacation rental

The rental was exactly as listed. It worked perfectly for two families with 4 children. There is soooooo much space! It's beautifully decorated and updated and in the absolute perfect location! Very easy walk to the beach with kids. Don't hesitate to book this location!

Great Location and Home!

An amazing townhome with a great location to the beach and to restaurants and the cute downtown! We were able to walk everywhere we wanted to go! Our only criticism is that the linens/towels need a refresh. We would love to stay here again!

We stayed here for a wedding at St. Simon's resort. Everything was in walking distance with many options for eating out along with a really good brewery! The home was beautiful and clean. The only issue we had was with the WIFI not having a strong connection all of the time. Also there was no hair dryer:)

Perfect all around

The house was as advertised- very spacious, cozy and in a great location & quiet neighborhood. Most everything is in walking distance and there is a beach access around the corner. Highly recommend and we'll book again at the same location next time we come down.

Beautifully updated house in quiet neighborhood close to the beach. There were a few things that needed fixing when we got there, but the Ben was very responsive. It should be noted there are only 3 bathrooms instead of the 4 listed.

Great Family Getaway

This home is in an ideal location for a relaxing family getaway. Within walking distance of the beach and other nearby restaurants. The home is perfect for family game nights and meals. We thoroughly enjoyed our time here.
