THE SPACE
The main level serves as the living area with a large chef's style kitchen, Wolf 6 burner gas stove, Sub Zero Refrigerator, Microwave, Ninja, and fully equipped kitchen. The kitchen is open to a family room and separate dining room. There is access to the covered lanai with a Natural Gas Grill and a Green Egg Cooker.

Upstairs has a guest bedroom with a queen bed, guest bedroom with a King bed and a hall bathroom with combo tub/shower. At the end of the hall is a king bedroom suite and en suite bathroom.

The ground features our new bunk room with 2 Twin XL Single beds and 2 Queen beds on the lower bunks, there is a full bath and a half bath off the family room.

The top floor is a Family Primary Suite, with a generous side king bedroom and ensuite bath, plus an additional separate queen bedroom on this level

Pocket views of the ocean can be seen from the mid and upper levels of the home.

Inground pool is 18 X 32, 6 X 8 Spa. Optional pool/spa heat during the cooler months. Pool & Spa heats at the same time. This is not a jetted hot tub.

There is generous parking for up to 5 cars at the front of the house.

We supply linens and towels and you will find an initial supply of soap, shampoo, conditioner, laundry soap, dish detergent, toilet paper and paper towels. Relax, enjoy and make memories at The Tower House!

All bedrooms and family rooms have Smart TV's.

Why Stay on East Beach:
The stretch of beach along the ocean side of St. Simons Island is known as East Beach. A quant neighborhood of single-family homes begins at the access point of the U.S. Coast Guard Station at the northern tip and ends at the southern point of Gould's Inlet by access of Bruce Drive, which runs down the center of East Beach. The Coast Guard Station houses the present home to the World War II Home Front Museum.

Beach Gear Included!: This home offers beach gear such as beach chairs and beach towels FREE for your use! Bikes, carts, paddleboards and more are available for rent locally, discount included. There are no fees or surcharges attached to your reservation.

Pets: This home is dog friendly with $250 pet fee, 2 dogs max. Unfortunately we can't host breeds known to insurance carriers as 'vicious', please ask if you're not sure.

Heated Pool: This property offers a heated pool option. The cost is $75/night+tax and can be added up to 48 hours before arrival. Let us know if you'd like to heat the pool!

No Smoking: No smoking is allowed in the home, on the porches/patios/decks, or on the property in general.

Minimum Age: Must be 25 + to book, or age 30 + on GAFL weekend (last weekend in October) For GAFL weekend (last weekend in October), guests must be age 30 + or kids with their parents, no student groups. We cannot make exceptions for that weekend.

No Events: No events or parties. No overnight guests beyond the original booking group.
