Great Location

We enjoyed our stay. The space worked well for my wife and daughter and myself. The place was clean and the bed was comfortable. Short walk to the beach and restaurants. The only thing I would recommend would be to upgrade to a newer, more comfortable couch. If I had to offer anything.

This apartment is wonderful and in the best location in Pass-A-Grill. There is still visible damage in the area from the hurricane but this property on the second level was spared is in great shape. There is a complete kitchen and a washer dryer, which makes living easy. The bathroom is lovely and the ere are plenty of towels. The bed is very comfortable and the bedroom is large and airy: open the doors and step out on the balcony for fresh sea air.

Great spot, but bring everything

We flew out from Canada to come to spend a week in St Pete's area. The apartement was perfectly located, just steps away from the beach and big enough for me, my partner and his two teenagers on the sofa bed. The apartement complex was quiet and private. 4 beach chairs were included which we appreciated. But we had to buy a lot of things, even basics, for our week stay : Salt and pepper, olive oil, coffee, extra toilet paper, extra shampoo, laundry detergeant... We were expecting more basics products to be included and we were asked to leave nothing behind during check-out. Since we were heading to the airport, we threw everything away and felt bad about it. We recommend the place, but just be aware of what you can maybe bring from your own house if you aren't coming by plane!

Cozy Couples Trip

Perfect cozy little getaway on PAG! This is our first time out here in PAG and it couldn’t have been better. The suite was clean and functional. Across the street is the beach. Hot tip! If you’re looking for sea shells go to the dog park located 5 blocks south. Pros: close to beach, updated bathroom and bedroom. Not super touristy, easy to navigate. Cons: had to buy some essentials like trash bags, kitchen sink still had food in it. Thermostat is locked at 72F.

Eckerd College Graduation trip

This was our first time staying at this property. We were very impressed with the size of the unit; how clean the unit was and how the owner had the entire unit stocked with your everyday essentials. We have stayed in PAG several times and I think this property is now one of our favorite places. Very quiet, clean, easy access to the beach and restaurants. We would highly recommend this property for your PAG stay.

Wonderful place. Great location. You can walk everywhere. The condo was clean and very spacious. ONE ISSUE: The pool area looks beat. Even though the pool was fine, the pool furniture is beat and worn. Only one umbrella, which was located in the middle of a big table. The lounge chairs are all faded and old looking.

Nice condo at a great location

We had a great stay in the condo. The space was just what we needed for a working vacation. One thing that should be updated on the listing for this property is the photos/description of the blue building with the outlook in front. This is not the building that the condo was actually located in; it was in the beige building next door which didn't appear to be related at all. While directions were provided in a text it was just very confusing. The management company was very responsive when we had issues so in the end we got in. This is a great location with access to beach across the street and some great restaurants on 8th Street. Would definitely rent again.

This unit was perfect for a long weekend at the beach. Clean, well equipped & charming. I stayed in another unit in the same building last year & give high praise to Charles & Liz for managing them so well. Any questions I had were answered quickly in a text. Looking forward to returning next year!

Great location and quiet area. Restaurants were within walking distance. Pool is hidden from public and very clean. Beach was not wide enough to lay out but only 2 blocks was plenty of room. I want to rent again❀
