Amazing place, clean, comfortable, and it came with everything we could think of including floaties for my 1 year old. The golf cart was great, and the beach access is a straight shot about 1/2 mile away.

My family and I enjoyed everything about our stay in this charming home. The pool was fantastic and same for the golf cart. Barry & Alisha are wonderful hosts. This was our first trip to Indian Rocks, we will definitely be back!

Perfect beach getaway with a pool to rival the beach

We loved our time staying here! We brought our furry friends along and the house was perfect for them. We were pleased to find plenty of beach chairs in the garage and the golf cart was more than easy to use. We really loved the ease of access to town and beach. Will definitely return for another stay!

Great Vacation

We had an excellent vacation! Very easy walk to the beach and close to restaurants. The property was beautiful. The only recommendation I have for future guests is to bring bug spray for after dark hours.

You'll want to Stay!!!

This beautiful property worked out perfectly for us. So close to many restaurants, neighborhood shops,beach access parking and friendly local bars. I found it hard to leave the backyard with private pool and hot tub. Planning a return trip already.

This place has everything you need (and maybe more!) for a great stay on the coast. Pet friendly was a big plus! We enjoyed hanging by the pool and grilling. We didn't get to use the golf cart, but hope to fully utilize it for a future stay. The hosts sent helpful messages and were even willing to stop by and help us figure out the pool. It looks exactly like the photos!

The house was so clean & fresh! All of the furnishings were pleasing & accommodating. The beds were just the right firmness for us. The pool & hot tub were nice extras that we enjoyed. The access to the beach was perfect, We did not use the golf cart as much as we expected, but the cart was first class. You could ride to 17th Ave. & park at Guppy’s on the Beach, a great restaurant!

We loved our stay at IRB! The house was beautiful and clean; had all the needed amenities of a home and we loved the access to a golf cart and bonus having a fully fenced yard for our fur baby. The beach is just a few blocks from the house and the neighborhood was super quiet and loved the uniqueness of all the homes. Loved how close everything was; our fav was the Grove coffee shop it’s a must try! And if you are seeking a busier lively vibe Clearwater Beach is just a few miles down the Gulf. Hosts were great and provided lots of resources for the area. Highly recommend.

Get away with pets!

Very well appointed house for our Florida stay. We brought our two dogs with us and the fenced in backyard was perfect! Nice neighborhood, beautiful beaches, parks, and restaurants. Really enjoyed taking the golf cart out and relaxing in the hot tub.

We loved staying at this home. It was perfect. Location is great literally 2 blocks from the beach. The golf cart was so great to have to get to the beach daily. No complaints here just a peaceful beautiful vacation. Highly recommend this home if you are visiting the beautiful Indian Rocks Beach.

Paradise in your own backyard

This property, the personal attention to detail and the location is all perfection. We had such a relaxing vacation. Beach, backyard pool, coffee shop or restaurants all a wonderful experience. Golf cart added a bit of fun too.

Wonderful location!

I stayed for a weekend with a group of friends. The house is in a fantastic location incredibly close to the beach and restaurants and stores. The house itself was great too - it ended up raining for much of our visit but there was lots of room for us to spread out, and we even used the fireplace! Do read the rules carefully, quiet hours are strict.

Perfect paradise!

Don’t look any further, this house is the perfect retreat! The house was great for our 18 month old son and safe. We really enjoyed the pool, hot tub, golf cart and close proximity to the beach. Indian Rocks is quiet compared to Clearwater Beach, but a short drive away if you want touristy things to do. We will definitely be back!

A fabulous week away

My wife wanted a place on the beach. I wanted a private pool/hot tub. This location allowed both since they had a golf cart that made beach trips easy, as well as trips to PJ's. The pool was fabulous. The kitchen was well equipped and we made a lot of meals. I hope we can stay here again in the future.
