Absolutely! Parking is available in a designated spot off the alley. Additional street parking is also nearby.

Yes, we welcome pets for $30 per night per pet, up to a maximum of $180 per stay.



➤ Can I check in early?

We will do our best to accommodate early check-ins whenever possible. Please confirm with us in advance!

The second floor Unit located through left gate is available with its own private completely fenced in yard



The Neighborhood:

The apartment is in a prime location. Whatever you’re in the mood for, it’s only a few minutes away!

1. Downtown st Pete: 5 minutes

2. Sunken garden: 2 minutes away

3. Vinoy park: 5 minute car ride

4. St Pete beach: 14 minute car ride

5. Madeira beach: 24 minute car ride



Lots of restaurants, coffee shops, grocery stores, gas stations, banks and anything else you may think of walking distance to home.



Getting Around:

There is street parking, if you cannot find street parking, one designated parking spot is available for guests.



Other Things to Note:

✓ Must be at least 18 years old to book

✓ Pets allowed ($30 per night, max $200 per stay)

✓ No smoking indoors

✓ No dishwasher

✓ Quiet hours from 10 PM to 7 AM



Fire table is pictured however we are working on fixing it so at this time, it is not functioning- sorry for the inconvenience





Although we have one designated parking spot per entrance, I cannot guarantee the spot due to other guests not following directions. There is plenty of free street parking Should you need it. Otherwise you are welcome to send me a text and I will do my best to accommodate the parking spot.
