The Seagull beach cottage is steps to the beach.

Come enjoy our beautiful and cozy Seagull beach cottage. The Seagull is the just the way Florida beach life use to be; quaint and delightful. Our piece of “paradise”, located in a quiet neighborhood setting, just steps from the beach is the perfect place for a week’s getaway or months of enjoying the Florida sun.
The Seagull has 2 bedrooms, 2 full baths, kitchen, living room, sunroom, covered patio and beautifully landscaped front and back yards. Both bedrooms have new beds one King in Master, queen in second and smart Roku TV’s. The living room features a new leather sectional, large 65” smart Roku TV and dining table. The large sunroom contains a daybed for additional sleeping space. A washer and dryer are conveniently located in the utility room just off the kitchen.
Enjoy beautiful sunsets and quiet walks on the beach, or just enjoy relaxing under your covered outdoor patio. The private backyard features an enclosed outdoor shower for washing off after a day at the beach and a gas grill for your dining enjoyment.
Walk to many quaint restaurants including Wahoo’s Waterside Pub and Patio, Thai Kitchen, Seabreeze Island Grill, Kenny’s Korner and many more. Nachman’s, A local seafood market, featuring a variety of fresh seafood choices is just blocks away.

Home away from home

We recently vacationed in Redington Shores and absolutely loved our stay at The Seagull. The beach house was completely furnished with all the amenities of home and everything we needed for a full day of sun and sand at the beach. The house was clean, stylishly decorated, and comfortably sized for my husband, myself, our 18 year old, and our daughter and son in law. The house is exactly as described. Leslee was great at communication. If I had a question, she immediately had an answer. She helped to make our vacation truly a vacation.

Lovely Property and Lovely Host

Great little property, exactly what we were looking for. Beach was lovely and a very quick walk. Property came with tons of conveniences: beach umbrella, chairs, buggy, cooler, etc. The beach was almost empty so it was akin to having a private beach, quite an experience for Madeira Beach.

Perfect stay

We had a such a perfect stay here. The host was very friendly, and even called to check in with us before arrival to explain the locks and answer any questions. The house was spotless and had all the amenities we could have needed. And the location was perfect, less than a 2 minute leisurely stroll to the beach..closer than some hotels that we have stayed in on the beach. The only down side is the showers, one is very small and the water pressure in both is very low. However, that would not stop me from booking again! I would chose this home again in a heartbeat. Thank you for a great stay!

2nd time was just as great!

This is our second stay at Seagull Cottage and cannot recommend it enough. It’s exactly like the first time - clean, organized, quiet and the host has fantastic commutation! We happened to stay just after a storm and during a cold snap, Leslee shared weather updates with us for both events. Thanks for the memories!

Steps from the beach

The location is excellent, just steps from the beach. The house also has everything you need, from comfortable beds and kitchen to beach gear and an outdoor shower. Most evenings we had dinner on the converted porch, where a dining table was setup. The only unusual issue was the very narrow shower in one of the bedrooms. My wife and I are below what has become the average American size and it was tight for us. That said, there is a larger main bathroom that has a standard shower size.
