Very relaxing

It was a nice place! It was fully stocked with the necessities. All of the staff were amazing! I will be staying here again in the future! This is our 3rd vacation at Surf beach and they have made it remarkable every year!

Surf Beach 305

Property was as expected. Easily accessible. Comfortable, clean, no excessive noise with all amenities nearby. Great view and walk right out onto beach. Designated parking was also very convenient and nice. Not a single negative complaint. Place was great and we enjoyed our stay.

Great location for a long weekend trip

The office manager was accommodating with an early check in and late check out. We loved the location (a lot of great restaurants) and the free beach taxis (only had to tip). The condo did not have a well stocked kitchen (supplies) and the coffee pot could use updating but overall, it was clean, a great location, and staffed with communicative and accommodating workers. Only real complaint was the dryer; it took over 2 hours to dry clothes. We would definitely stay here again!

Family Fun

Clean vacation home with a great location. The unit is smaller than others we have stayed at in the past in the same general area. Kitchen is especially small and minimally equipped. Not great if you like to cook for the family. Otherwise everything else is as expected for a wonderful stay at the beach. Treasure Island is a fun location.

Great location!

Great location. I had to inquiry about the checkout procedure. Wish there was better communication. Garbage disposal and one of the shower drains clogged up on us but we were able to fix ourselves with a plunger. Place was clean except for a couple pieces of hair on bathroom floor when we got there. We had to buy Dawn dish soap, baggies and cling wrap. I hope that it stays there for the next guests. Place worked out great for 4 women on a girls trip. Nice and quiet. Beautiful place for sunsets and plenty of places to walk or drive to for food and entertainment.

Loves this place!

Property was clean. Staff was great to work with. We had everything we needed in the condo including beach chairs and we left a boogie board for next guests. Location was perfect. Pool was clean and temperature perfect and hot tub was very hot and relaxing! We loved crabby’s on the pass restaurant. Perfect location to eat dinner and watch dolphins in the bay! Definitely would stay here again!

Great location and almost everything was within walking distance😊

The condo was perfect for our family and well equipped. It was very clean and well organized. The beds were comfy, even the air bed, that is the pullout couch. There are even chairs for the beach and portable fans in the closet. The view was spectacular as we sat on the balcony having coffee and looking at the boardwalk and beach. The birds sang to us throughout the day. There are 2 ice scream shops and a dozen restaurants within walking distance, that we all enjoyed😊. And parking spots are assigned, which backs up to the pool area. There is also manager on the property that can help with any concerns. There is a lot to do here or a time to relax, it’s your vacation, so enjoy and have fun😊

This was a great property! Views of the Gulf, walking distance to beach restaurants and tiki bars. Front desk was super friendly and helpful. Would stay here again, just wish check out was a little later.

great location, warm pool and hot tub!

We loved staying here, there are so many restaurants in walking distance. The pool was heated which was great and the hot tub was very hot which was nice on colder mornings. The beach is wide so carrying my toddler to the ocean was a work out, but very worth it!

Great trip!

Renting and checking in was very easy. We arrived after hours but were able to access lockbox with keycard to condo. Condo was very nice and we enjoyed our stay there. Only issue was we kept getting kicked off of wifi without realizing it. We were able to reconnect but it happened repeatedly so just something we had to keep checking for. We LOVED the boardwalk and enjoyed many walks along that. The beach was absolutely beautiful and was not very crowded during our spring break week. Great restaurants in the area. We would definitely rent this condo again.
