Découvrez la vraie Floride en vivant dans cette charmante propriété en bord de mer! Ce magnifique condo de 2 chambres, 2 salles de bain a un salon et une salle à manger spacieux et spacieux, une cuisine bien approvisionnée et magnifiquement rénovée avec des comptoirs en granit, un décor charmant du salon. Chaque condo dispose de 2 balcons à utiliser, l'un de la chambre principale et l'autre donnant sur le golfe du Mexique! Cet emplacement est parfait pour une escapade en famille car il y a un parc à l'avant de la propriété et une piscine et la plage à l'arrière! L'unité n ° 4 est composée de 2 volées d'escaliers et du coin nord. Viens jouer sur nos plages aujourd'hui !! VEUILLEZ NOTER: Ceci est une propriété totalement non fumeur. Il n'y a pas d'ascenseur à cet endroit, seulement des escaliers pour y accéder. Cette propriété permet des séjours plus courts à certaines périodes de l’année. Sunset Villas est une propriété unique et adorable en bord de mer à Redington Shores. Cet emplacement comprend 4 unités de 2 chambres à coucher et 2 salles de bain, chacune ayant un balcon semi-privé en front de mer depuis le salon ainsi qu'un balcon privé à l'avant du condo. Chaque condo présente un décor de plage confortable, une laveuse et une sécheuse individuelles, un parking sur place et chacun pouvant accueillir jusqu'à 5 personnes. Vous trouverez sur place une piscine privée chauffée, un accès direct à la plage, une aire de jeux de l'autre côté de la rue pour les enfants, un barbecue au charbon de bois et une terrasse pour les repas en soirée ainsi que tout ce dont vous avez besoin pour passer des vacances inoubliables à la plage. Vous trouverez le village de John’s Pass à environ 5 miles au sud, qui regorge de boutiques, de restaurants, d’activités nautiques et de divertissements pour tous. Envie de monter des montagnes russes en ville? Busch Gardens, à Tampa, est à environ une heure de route ou à proximité des parcs Disney et de toutes les autres attractions d’Orlando. Beautiful place to stay. Perfect area for kids. Access to the pool and beach with a small park across the street. Great food within in walking distance. BYO chairs and beach towels. I hope everyone enjoys as much as we did!

Great Location

This property has amazing views of the gulf and sunsets. It is ideal for a small family. Having a pool on the beach is great because you have the choice.

Great place and view!

My wife and I had a blast here. Awesome beachfront view, easy access to the beach and not crowded. Walking distance to good food and drinks made this a relaxing stay. Only minor stresser was not receiving our check in info until the day of but partially my fault as I hadn’t reached out to the managers before hand. Overall excellent and we’d stay there again.

Very happy with our stay

We were satisfied with our stay. The condo was clean. Actually, it smelled like they just cleaned the place when we arrived. A very nice neighborhood and surrounded by upper scale properties. Awesome view that's right on the beach. I would recommend this property to my family and friends.

This property is in the perfect location! My only complaint is that we had to drive to the rental office to pick up and drop off the key. Both trips were out of our way. A lockbox would be excellent!

Perfect location!! Couldn’t have been more pleased.

Sunset Villas did not disappoint. Location was perfect and the pool and beach access were awesome. Master bedroom mattress was almost as good as our sleep number at home. We will definitely stay here again. Only suggestions would be to add a few new coffee mugs and wine glasses. But wine at the beach still tastes great from just about anything :)

Perfect sunsets on the beach

The property was just as described. Plenty of room for 4 adults to stay. A full kitchen with access to outdoor grill. The pool and chairs were a nice option. The real reason to stay here is beach access. Walk directly out onto the beach. We spent our morning drinking coffee on the balcony watching the dolphins and our evenings watching the sunset.

Great place to stay!

We loved everything about this place except that we had to drive out of our way to pick up the key and then out of our way to drop it off. We had to drive 14 hours home so it would have been easier if they would have a keyless entry system with a code. Other than that, the property was clean, decorated well, in a great location, right on the beach, close to restaurants, etc.

Ocean Condo

Overall the condo was great. Pool and ocean are just a hop and skip away. Condo could have been cleaned a little better on the inside, and the patio furniture cushions need replaced, as they were dirty. Also, would have been more convenient to be able to get/drop off keys at the condo. All there needs to be is a lock box at the condo where keys could be picked up/dropped off. Like I mentioned, overall it’s a great place for a family.

Perfect location!

Unbelievable location! The pool was great for a quick dip but if everyone in complex was using it at same time it got crowded. You are literally steps from the beach. The unit itself is functional but several things need to be tended to. It’s obvious the owners don’t stay here because the loose ceiling fans in bedrooms would be fixed (they squeaked and the chains rattled). The couch and chair in living room are uncomfortable; not easy to relax in. Otherwise, the privacy of the beach and the quaint area were well worth our stay!!

We had a nice time.

We had a very relaxing week. The proximity from the pool to the beach was great. Being able to go back and forth from the the pool to the beach was wonderful. The beach was very quiet with not a lot of people. There were a few things that could have been better. The check in / check out process could have been simplified instead of having to pick up and drop off keys 20 minutes away. I did see this in a review before we booked, so I was aware. The condo itself could have been cleaner along with the pool. There is a lot of wear and tear on the condo and it shows. However, this did not take away from the relaxing time we had all week.

We loved sitting on the deck to watch the sunset, although after dark the back lights were quite bright, and could not be dimmed, making it less than romantic. The unit was clean, although decor was a bit dated. The main toilet didn't flush well, and needed plunging, although when we reported it upon leaving, the rental company said they would send someone out to fix it. The houses along the street were very close together, but the beach was not crowded. All in all, it was an ok place.

There was new construction taking place on the neighboring lot, so a fair amount of noise (starting at 7:30AM) and dust during our stay. The unit is comfortable but poorly stocked (ie, a total of one wine glass, three mismatched glasses and two plastic cups). Both bedrooms appear to have been recently renovated and are comfortable and inviting. As a bed, the pull-out couch in the living area might be okay for small kids but too uncomfortable for an adult. Also, the unit could use another couch or a couple of additional sitting chairs. Pool area is nice and easily accessible from the unit. Overall a nice place for a vacation.
