NEW BUILDING IN INDIAN ROCKS BEACH

UNIT 406 - This apartment is on the LEFT SIDE of the building when you are facing the beach. Our new boutique coastal style building features SIX APARTMENTS. There are two apartments per floor.

UNIT 406 is a TWO BEDROOM / TWO BATHROOM beautiful direct BEACHFRONT with an EXTRA-LARGE balcony facing the beach. The balcony is perfect for outside dining.

Relaxed Florida casual décor. Super comfortable beds.

Fees include EVERYTHING YOU NEED for an amazing beach vacation: paddle board, skim boards, canoes, beach chairs, all kinds of beach toys, beach umbrellas and beach towels. There are two BBQ grills on the property. Each apartment provides 2 parking spaces. Also there is a WASHER and DRYER in each unit.

There is also an ELEVATOR for those that wish to avoid stairs. A HEATED SWIMMING POOL makes it all complete! There are BBQ grills in the pool area for fun beach / poolside dining.

There are two apartments on each floor. So, if you have another family or a larger group you wish to travel with, you can search ID#2502582 (unit 405) for availability, and book both units, which would give you the luxury of the entire floor!

Indian Rocks Beach has many wonderful restaurants and fun attractions located close by.

Beautiful view, beautiful condo decor, loved the triple sliding doors that fully opened, amazing & very clean heated pool facing the ocean, gorgeous beach. Great location and views! There are plenty of options within walking distance to eat and drink! Our favorite part was the balcony which had amazing sunsets every night! We will definitely be back next time with even more family! The condo was very clean and the beds comfortable. The kitchen has everything you need for your stay! Perfect Stay—Can’t Wait to Come Back!

Tommy’s on the Beach is perfect! You are located just steps from the ocean. The balcony is spacious, located close enough to the ocean to hear the waves crashing, and provides breathtaking views of the water and sunsets. The building, grounds, pool, and our unit were very clean when we arrived, and the cleaning/maintenance staff were extremely helpful and kind throughout our entire visit. The condo has even you need—washer/dryer, cooking supplies, spices, dish soap, hand soap, paper towels, garbage bags, pool towels, beach bags, cooler, sunscreen, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hair dryer, games, books, etc. As a guest at Tommy’s, you have the privilege of using a variety of beach chairs, beach umbrellas, sand toys, kayaks, and paddle boards which are located down by the pool. HUGE BONUS because you don’t have to purchase your own or worry about dragging them up and down from your room each day. :) (Thank you Patrice!)The owner Patrice provided excellent communication. From booking through our entire visit, she was always available with information and answers. My only disappointment was that I had to go back to work and couldn’t stay longer. Tommy’s on the Beach is WONDERFUL! Can’t wait to return next year!

Wonderful family vacation

We look forward to coming back for a new annual family tradition. The beach was so close you could hear the waves from inside the unit. The restaurants nearby couldn’t be any closer or better. The amenities poolside provided tons of entertainment from kayaks to paddle boards to shovels and Paul’s. Can’t wait to come back! Thank you!

Paradise/ Perfect Location 10/10

We visit IRB a few times a year and this is the first time staying at Tommys on the Beach, Patrice is an amazing owner, communication from beginning to end was amazing. Maria property manager is on site, and she is awesome. This property has every amenity we needed, especially for flying in. Condo is as advertised and more! Easy beach access, multiple restaurant's right out the front door and within walking distance. Pool was perfect temperature, clean and maintained every day. Beach chairs and umbrellas, beach bags and cooler were provided. Condo was immaculate and supplied with all the necessities you need (shampoo, conditioner, soap, laundry detergent, spices, coffee, creamer, hand soaps, she even had sunscreen in the cabinet, beach towels and a beach hat also provided. Beds are super comfy! Views from the balcony are amazing! We really enjoyed our stay and probably found our new go-to from now on! Can't say enough, this was the best rental and vacation spot yet! Can not wait to book again! Thanks Patrice!!

Fabulous ocean view, heated pool and on the beach! Communication from the host made the check-in and check-out process a breeze. Everything needed for our stay was available (fully stocked kitchen and bathrooms). There was a breakfast restaurant, grill and bakery just steps away. Beach equipment was also available for use (chairs, umbrellas, towels, etc). I would definitely recommend to anyone who wants a careful, relaxing beach experience.

We could not have found a more perfect place to stay! They thought of everything we could possibly need from shampoo and conditioner to soap gir the washer, coffee, syrup, spices, beach towels and toys and umbrellas and a variety of beach chairs. The pool was amazing and the staff was there everyday to check on it and clean it. The local restaurants were awesome as well, guppys was our favorite with Beach Waves coming in as a close second. We cannot wait to go back!!!

Amazing stay in paradise

My husband, our two kids & I stayed at Tommy’s on the Beach for the 1st time and we will never stay anywhere else in IRB! This was hands down the best rental property that we’ve stayed in anywhere, especially in IRB. The rental included every amenity that we needed or wanted. The building and condo were in impeccable condition. Lots of extras were provided (beach/pool amenities) and restocked (paper products, laundry/dishwasher soap, toiletries). Beach bags & coolers were an awesome surprise. Patrice was amazing to work with and her property manager, Maria is a gem!! We can’t wait to return!

Top notch Tommys

As regular visitors to the Indian Rocks Beach area over the last 25 years my family and I have stayed at many upper tier smaller condos similar to Tommys. This condo being newer is one of the best we have stayed in with regards to cleanliness, location, amenities, etc... Couple of things we found during our stay, the rooftop air conditioner(s) for the condo/building can be heard and noticeable when sleeping. The bedrooms do have blinds but would be better suited to also have room darkening ones. I mention these issues only because this is not an inexpensive stay and still feel it is one of the better ones in the vicinity.... Dan

Amazing stay

We stayed at Tommy's on the Beach with our two young kids (5 and 7). It was absolutely perfect. The accommodations were clean and comfortable. The beach chairs and umbrellas that were provided were great quality. My kids loved the pool. The unit was walking distance to many restaurants. We will absolutely be back.
