This Property is Pet (Dogs) Friendly. Read before booking!
We're happy to welcome dogs, but there are a few important guidelines to follow:
‱ Advance Notice Required: You must notify the management company in advance if you plan to bring a dog. Please include your dog's breed, weight, and age. The Pet Fee will be added to your reservation. Bringing an unauthorized pet or failing to pay the required pet fee will result in a $500 unauthorized pet fee, immediate eviction, and forfeiture of all rental payments, as this is a breach of our Rental Contract.
‱ Dog Size Limit: Only one (1) dog allowed up to 20 pounds.
‱ Pet Fee:
o $175 minimum for any reservation up to 1 week
o $275 minimum past 1 week up to per month
Not Permitted:
‱ No dogs under 12 months old must be housebroken, neutered, or spayed.
‱ The following breeds (and any mixes thereof) are not allowed:
Akita, Australian Blue Heeler, Boxer, Bull Mastiff, Chow, Dalmatian, Doberman, English Bulldog, Great Dane, Husky (any type), Malamute, Mastiff (any variation), Pit Bull (any mix), Presa Canario, Rottweiler, Saint Bernard, Wolf-dog hybrid. We reserve the right to decline any dog for any reason.
Rules While On Property:
‱ Dogs must be leashed and restrained at all times outside the unit.
‱ Dogs MUST BE carried in the common areas of the property UNTIL off the premises of the condominium property. This usually means onto the sidewalk in front of the property.
‱ Dogs are not allowed in the pool area.
‱ All dog walks must take defecation off the association property. The city property is usually the sidewalk and away from the property.
‱ Per County Ordinance, dogs are not allowed on the beach.
‱ Excessive barking will result in eviction of the dog, guests, and renters from the property.

Service Animals (defined as dogs that are individually trained to do work or perform tasks for people with disabilities) and Emotional Support Animals (“Emotional support animal” means an animal that does not require training to do work, perform tasks, provide assistance, or provide therapeutic emotional support by virtue of its presence which alleviates one or more identified symptoms or effects of a person's disability) are welcome. HUD also defines Assistance Animals as “An assistance animal is an animal that works, provides assistance, or performs tasks for the benefit of a person with a disability, or that provides emotional support that alleviates one or more identified effects of a person's disability. This property was perfect for my family’s stay in Clearwater Beach for our nephew’s wedding. The layout of the bedrooms worked out nicely for us. The huge living area and balcony allowed for other family members to come over watch games on TV and visit on the balcony in between the wedding events. Now I’m Cajun and cook is what we do. That dream kitchen was the best! . Top of the line dishes, pots and silverware were in every cabinet and drawer. I wish we would have had more time cause I was ready to cook a Chicken and Sausage gumbo in there. Every morning the flock of green parrots would light on the lines and have their conversations while I drank my coffee on the balcony. The location worked out well for us and we walked everywhere we needed to in some beautiful weather. We had a glitch with the keyless entry but Heidi saved the day with her troubleshooting skills and all was good. Jeff and Gina have other properties on the Florida coast and they sure know how to pick them and decorate them. We made a commitment to destination vacations with our two sons and we definitely want to come back to the area as flights are easy for them to get in and out. I think we may try Pipers Run 8 next time as it is on Gulf of America coast also. We would definitely stay at this one again also.

In the listing it says outdoor pool HEATED it was not heated, and we could not use the pool at all, the hot tub was warm, but the jets don't work. talked with other tenants and they said the heater in the pool and hot tub has not worked for the last 3 weeks. will not book again. Would have been nice if the owners would have reimbursed me a percentage back on the pool and the hot tub.

Great place/not so great situation

This VRBO is top notch! Everything under the owners control was superb! We especially enjoyed the beach chairs, beach tent, sand toys, etc. Everything you need is there! The problem was, our reservation was after the hurricanes went through. Pool was closed, parts of the beach were closed, many businesses were closed. I definitely recommend renting this place, however it might be best to wait a few weeks/months.

Clearwater Beach Wedding Stay

We had a wonderful stay at JeffandGina's property in Clearwater Beach. The condo was spacious and decorated beautifully. Everything you could possibly need was in this condo! It felt like home. The condo was immaculately clean when we arrived and communication with the property manager was ideal. Despite the recent devastation from the hurricanes, we had an enjoyable stay and would not hesitate to stay again!

Condo was great. Very clean and well stocked. Very comfortable beds. Just a couple of issues. There should have been a parking pass available to us so we didn’t have to print it on our own. That was strange. Ask the bbq grill was in very poor condition. But everything else was great.

The condo was amazing.. and the floor plan is perfect for at least two different families. Very spacious and beautifully decorated. The reason we rated the cleanliness as we did... we discovered many stains in the sheets.. we informed the owners and when we washed the sheets the stains never washed out.

Wonderful Family Trip to Clearwater Beach

We had a fabulous time staying at this spacious, well located, condo in Clearwater Beach. The condo was well equipped with everything we needed to enjoy a week with our family. Special shout-out for having both a pack and play and high chair for our little one, as well as tons of beach toys and gear to enjoy. We had a few minor issues that the host was responsive to correct. Would definitely stay here again!

Amazing property and location

This property is as advertised. Many extras make the stay even better including beach towels, chairs, sand castle toys, cooler and easy to maneuver cart to help take everything in one trip. The location is great, just 2 blocks to the beach and short walk to Pier 60 hub with restaurants and shopping. It was nice to have a designated covered parking spot on site as well. The condo is very spacious, wonderful decor, beds were comfortable and extra blankets were available. The balcony area is big and the view of the back bay was nice. The pool and hot tub were good temperatures. Overall, I would absolutely stay here again. The best vrbo experience I have had!

Beautiful property

We really enjoyed our stay at this property! Everything you need is there. Spacious and clean. Quick responses from the owners. We will definitely stay again when in the Clearwater Beach area.

Girls trip

My sister and I brought our 90 year old mother to Florida to visit her sister. The condo was beautiful, well stocked, and comfortable. We would definitely consider staying here again!

Relaxing getaway condo good for family

Condo was clean and spacious. Easy accessible parking onsite. Great for families. Close proximity to shops and restaurants, we were able to walk everywhere during our stay. Highly recommend and would book with Jeff&Gina again.
