Stunning beachfront views on St. Pete Beach

Our beautiful surf shack inspired condo features two bedrooms and two bathrooms right on St. Pete beach, which was named Trip advisor's No. 1 Beach in the U.S. in 2021 (and #5 in the world)! 

Our Spacious condo can sleep up to 6 guests, perfect for a family get away, or a great spot for snowbirds to come and ditch the cold of the north.

The Space:
We strive to offer you the best vacation possible. We offer beach and shower towels, beach accessories, a fully stocked kitchen, tempur-pedic mattresses, smart tv's, a desk for working from home, and a large balcony with incredible views.

Guest Access:
The entire condo will be yours and you will have access to the condo grounds. This includes the pool, shuffle board, cornhole, and a private beach. We use a lockbox for easy and safe entry.

The Neighborhood:
We are a part of the Caprice condo complex, and have access to everything on the grounds. St. Pete beach is a pristine white sand beach that is about 4 miles long. Our complex is located on the northern part of the beach and is walkable to many different local restaurants and shops. Every Sunday is the Corey Avenue Market that is about a 5-10 minute walk and it is full
of arts and crafts, food, and unique gifts.(Open 10am-2pm). Hop on the new Sun Runner and get to downtown St. Petersburg in 15-20 minutes.

Getting Around:
There are many different ways of getting around St. Pete beach. If you are bringing a car, that would always be a good option to covering more ground if you wanted to drive up gulf coast and head towards Clearwater beach, or east to downtown St. Petersburg. There is a bus system that is called The Sun Runner which runs all day from St. Pete Beach to downtown St. Petersburg and back. Restaurants and bars are also walkable to the complex.

We can only offer 1 parking space on the grounds. If you have 2 cars, the second car will need to be parked in the nearby neighborhoods.

If you feel that your stay may be interrupted or impacted, we encourage you to purchase insurance through the booking site for your trip. We are firm with our cancelation policy. Let us know if you have any questions.
