The property is comprised of three thoughtfully designed units, with Unit A as the crown jewel. This spacious residence comfortably sleeps up to 12 guests and offers six bedrooms, each with its own charm and function.

Upstairs, you’ll find five bedrooms:
• The first bedroom features a queen bed and opens to the balcony through sliding glass doors—an ideal spot to enjoy the coastal breeze.
• The second bedroom offers a pull-out sleeper sofa, making it perfect for kids or extra guests.
• The third and fourth bedrooms each feature a king bed and direct balcony access, allowing you to start your mornings with warm sun and salty air.
• The fifth bedroom includes a pull-out sleeper sofa and is outfitted with a mini fridge, sink, and countertop—a great space for someone who wants a little more independence or late-night snacks. It also features direct access to the balcony.

Downstairs, the sixth bedroom serves as a private guest suite. It features its own kitchenette and full bathroom, and can be closed off from the main living space with an interior door. A separate exterior entrance makes it a wonderful option for couples or guests seeking privacy during their stay.

Unit A also includes a fully equipped kitchen, a cozy dining area with seating for seven (four at the table and three at the breakfast bar), a spacious living room, and large sliding doors that lead directly out to the poolside patio, creating a seamless transition between indoor comfort and outdoor relaxation.

Unit B offers a charming escape with a king bedroom and a sleeper sofa in the living room, along with a full kitchen, one full bathroom, and a quaint dining nook. Its entrance is conveniently located just past the shared laundry area, facing the pool.

Unit C features two stylish bedrooms—one king and one queen—and is complete with a full kitchen, comfortable living space, and two full bathrooms. With its front door tucked just beyond Unit B, this unit offers both accessibility and seclusion.

Step outside and you’ll find yourself in a private paradise. The pool area is perfect for soaking up the Florida sunshine, with lounge chairs, outdoor dining tables, and a gas grill ready for your cookouts. As the sun sets, gather around the fire pit or enjoy a game of oversized Connect 4 under the stars.

For added convenience, a washer and dryer are available, located between Units A and B, and there's off-street parking for up to eight vehicles. Best of all, you’re just steps from the restaurants, bars, ice cream parlors, and souvenir shops.

Please note: stairs are required to access most of the property. A signed rental agreement and valid ID are required prior to check-in. Exterior security cameras monitor the premises 24/7 for your safety. Pets are not permitted.
