Spacious Intracoastal Condo | 3 min walk to beach!

Come enjoy your own slice of paradise at Mariner's Pointe, a quiet pet friendly building on the Intracoastal surrounded by lush mangroves within a 3 minute walk to the beach. This condo features a spacious open floor plan surrounded by windows that spill of natural light during the day and serene views of lush mangroves off the private patio. The onsite dock provides direct access to the intracoastal to fish, kayak or paddleboard plus provides an opportunity for manatee and dolphin sightings. The garage has all you need for a beach day or kayak adventure - beach chairs, wagon, cooler, umbrella and kayaks! Take a dip in the heated pool onsite or head to the beach for the day and unwind on the dock in the evening. This community combines the peaceful, quiet charm of the intracoastal with the convenience of a 3 minute walk to the beach and offers generous parking (2 Garage Spaces + 1 Uncovered Space). For larger parties, this property can be booked with an adjacent condo, #401 by navigating to our listings.

Condo Features:
Living Room – Entering the condo right away you will notice the massive open concept living room, kitchen, and dining combination. The Living Room features a plush sofa with queen mattress pullout, loveseat, coffee table, entertainment center and large flat screen TV.

Kitchen – The Kitchen and Dining combination off the right of the condo entrance include a 6-person dining room table and 4 counter height stools for the eat in kitchen. The condo includes a full selection of cookware, bakeware, and kitchen essentials for guest use. Recently updated stainless steel appliances and granite counter tops.

Master Bedroom – An oversized suite with tons of natural light and modern coastal dĂ©cor. The master features a king size bed set, blackout curtains throughout, desk and office chair (perfect for remote work during your stay!), full length mirror, corner reading chair with lamp and large Samsung flat screen TV, and ensuite bathroom. The ensuite bathroom has a shower, toilet, double-sink vanity with makeup vanity and walk in closet.

Second Bedroom – A second bedroom with queen size bed set, twin bunk bed with storage, flatscreen Samsung TV, closet and blackout curtains throughout.

Hallway Closet – Upgraded efficiency washer and dryer for guest use.

Hallway Bathroom – Across the hall from the second bedroom is the hallway bathroom with a shower/tub combination and upgraded marble surface counter tops.

Balcony – Oversized balcony with beautiful views of the lush mangroves.

Parking - Room for 3 cars (2 in garage, 1 outside garage), incredibly rare for our area!

Quiet Spaciuos condo and location

Very impressed with the beautiful beachy decor and peaceful feeling of the unit as well as the location in Indian Shores! Loved being able to walk across street to beach! I would recommend including a 2nd beach umbrella for renters with more than 2 people. Property owner was very pleasant and informative to communicate with !

Great place close to the beach

Place and decor are great. Love the floors, easy to clean. There was more beach stuff than I was expecting. Easy walk to the beach with kids. We were able to easily go back for bathroom breaks and lunch. My husband used the desk daily for work and had a decent view out the window. The garage and extra parking spot were also great. The only thing it could use would be some more kitchen stuff like Tupperware. It had everything you would probably need but we cook a lot so a little sparse if you eat at home for all your meals. Could use a better chopping knife. Maybe some more board games for rainy days. I noticed there was a pack n play in the master closet. It could fit in the closet too if you had a little one that needed its own space. Overall we would definitely stay here again.

Wonderful Stay

Everything was as advertised, no surprises. The check-in and communications with the owner were smooth and flawless. The owner checked in on us (via email) a couple of times to make sure we were happy. Nice sized two BDRM condo was very comfortable and full of amenities, we were very happy and satisfied with our stay. Great location, we enjoyed the pool and a very short walk to the beach. Easily walked to restaurants and bars and only 35 minutes to see the Phillies play.

Perfect getaway!

Overall this property is amazing! The beach is just across the street. The pool was so refreshing. The master bedroom/bathroom is fit for a king and queen. The kitchen is stocked with everything you need. We cooked several meals during our stay. We utilized the beach wagon and chairs which were a huge help. The only negative is that the floors were dirty. Our first night we noticed all of our socks and feet were black. We had a baby who was of crawling age but luckily I brought her playpen which kept her off the floor. A good steam clean of the floors and this would be the perfect property.

The Wooden Spatula Experience

The condo was exactly the way it was advertised
 Very clean, well equipped and the location worked out well for us; just a short walk to the beach and short drives to restaurants, shopping, etc. Our only complaint, which really isn’t a complaint, is that there wasn’t a decent spatula to use, we found it difficult and challenging to flip fried eggs in a pan with a 3/16” thick wooden spatula. Somehow we made a morning game out of it and actually had fun. Would definitely consider this property again!

Great location, clean and had everything we needed to sit and go to the beach everyday.

The place was spotless, decorated very nicely, beds were super comfortable. The outdoor deck was very nice and the location to the beach was a short 6 minute walk. The beach chairs, wagon and umbrellas were a huge plus. We would definitely stay in this area again.

Great condo

We had a great stay here. The pictures are 100% accurate! The condo has a great layout with a lovely and spacious master bedroom and a comfortable living/dining area with a pretty view of the mangroves. The kids loved the bunk beds. We made ample use of the wagon and beach chairs which made our trips to the beach so easy. The beach is very close. My only complaint is the lack of dishwashing supplies - we ran out of the dishwashing detergent tabs and we couldn't seem to find a sponge for scrubbing pots and pans. But, this was pretty minor. Overall we had a wonderful stay.

Modern and well equipped condo in good location. Short walk to the beach and beach chairs etc provided, which was convenient. We used the BBQ provided and worked very well. Would stay again.

A Hidden Gem

The unit was clean and beautifully decorated. Beds were cozy. Beach access was just a few feet from the complex. The kitchen could’ve been better stocked (no dishwashing tabs, bottle opener, limited cookware, etc) but we made do and had a wonderful time. Lindsey was responsive. We hope to be back soon!

Great stay

The place was well appointed and very clean. It was very close to the beach and was in a great location. My only comment would have been to have more towels in an easy to see location. There was an extra set of 4 in the spare bathroom which we discovered on the last day.

Great location.

It was a short walk to the public beach access and an even shorter walk to a local convenience store. This unit is very close to a lot of good restaurants and bars. The private fishing dock is nice for fishing or just sitting and watching the boats come and go. We were there for July 4th, and we could see fireworks from 3 or 4 different towns from the balcony. The garage is huge and we made good use of the grill, beach cart, chairs and cooler that were stored in the garage. The only drawback was the shower water pressure was hit or miss. Sometimes it was adequate and other times it very low pressure. That being said, I would highly recommend and would definitely stay here again

Lovely stay

Had a great time in Indian Shores. The intercoastal suite has everything you need for your stay. Unit is very clean and beds are comfy. The location is in between the beach and intercoastal so I was able to walk to the beach one day and inflate and walk my paddle board to the intercoastal the next.

The apartment was beautiful! The bed and pillows were so comfortable! The garage allowed for us to park both our cars in there. There was pretty much everything we needed there including a beautiful view from the Lanai! Lindsey was great to work with and answered all my questions in a quick time frame! We plan to stay here again!

A ''Spring'' in your step!

We really enjoyed our stay at this property and plan to visit again in the future! The listing is accurate and everything was brand new. We may have literally been the first guest since the listing posted as most all appliances had not been used. We would highly recommend this unit! Not aware it was in the listing but you do have a unit above you and may hear the folks upstairs from time to time which didn't bother us but was unexpected. Enjoy your stay! PS-location location location! ** LuLu's Ice Cream next door was a plus for our children ;-) Cheers!

All around great place! Great location 5 star all around!

The property was very updated with new, stylish furniture and finishes. Updated, fully stocked kitchen with plenty of glassware, dishes, etc and overall just really nice. Better than the pictures show and great location! Super clean, spacious, and plenty of quality linens. Really large Master bedroom for us. Our parents used the second bedroom and our teenage daughter slept on the pullout but there are also bunk beds. Everyone was happy here. Just an amazing place! Just across the street from the beach and there is an easy walk thru. Lots of restaurants close by with some walkable. The garage space was amazing..WOW! We could park two cars in the garage. Lindsey was so helpful and very prompt with any questions we had. We couldn't have had a better vacation. Our family thanks you, Lindsey, for all of the memories at your lovely condo!! We will be back!
