Perfect!

We were visiting the area with a school group of our national honor society students. We had a group of 14 people and the house was absolutely perfect! Our students enjoyed the pool area and we utilized all the areas. The 4 bathroom, 6 bedrooms and 2 living rooms were the perfect amount for our group while the kitchen had plenty of dishes, pots and pans, and utensils for the meals we prepared. The location was ideal. Our students didn't need to worry about noise levels while in the pool since the nearest homes were not that close. We were a close drive to the beaches, restaurants and stores. Vivian answered all of our questions that we had in a timely manner. I would strongly recommend this property to any bigger groups. It will not disappoint.

Family Wedding

This property was wonderful, very private plenty of parking. Beautiful backyard, pool heated perfectly. The interior was very clean and tactfully decorated. 2 separate living rooms , one with TV and large sectional and the other more quaint, perfect for just having conversations. Publix 5 minutes away, beach about 6 miles . Plenty of essentials provided like , toilet paper, paper towels, even shampoo and conditioner. Great for big families/group. We had a wonderful stay!

The house is bit older, However the covered patio and pool makes the rental. Comfortable beds and linen, Kitchen is fully equipped, Can add some Board/card games for future guests. Definitely revisit . Thanks

Pictures don’t do justice!

The home is absolutely BEAUTIFUL! Incredibly spacious for us and we had 12 people including kids. We did run into a minor issue but it was resolved in 20 minutes and that included someone coming over to fix the problem. Communication was super fast and so easy. Thank you Vivian for the amazing stay! Please give the owners our best and we will be booking again for sure!

Amazing pool and patio

The pool and patio makes this rental a 5. The house is just ok. Lots of room but a bit older. Volley ball sand court is nice but there was no volley ball. Badminton was fun though. The only mishap was no bedding on the bunk beds.

From the time we arrived until the time we left I was all smiles. the pictures of this house do not do it justice. the house is spacious , well maintained, very clean and big enough to handle a lot of people . Weekend stay

We stayed for just 3 nights while in town for softball. Wish we would have had more time to enjoy the properties amenities but the house was perfect for our large group. Beds were comfortable. We will definitely stay here again next year when we are in town.

Very noce

House was clean and very spacious. Pool was heated and a highlight for all the kids to use. Outdoor patio by the pool made it easy to watch the pool and talk. Lots of bedrooms and the kids room slept a ton of kids all together.

My Staff and I decided to stay for another night. It is a lovely house with huge pool. They has some young fruit trees. The house is very cozy for the family travel with plenty of rooms to spend together.
