Inside, the spacious living and dining area features comfortable seating, a sleeper sofa, a flat-panel television, and ceiling fans. Large windows and sliding glass doors fill the room with natural light and showcase the Gulf-front setting, creating an inviting gathering space after a day at the beach or pool. The full-size kitchen is fully equipped with appliances, cookware, dishes, utensils, and other everyday essentials for dining at home. Generous counter space and a breakfast bar make it easy to prepare breakfast before heading to the beach, pack snacks for an afternoon beside the shore, or enjoy a relaxed dinner at the condo.

The primary bedroom features a king bed, a flat-panel television, and a ceiling fan. The second bedroom offers two queen beds, a flat-panel television, and a ceiling fan. A sleeper sofa in the living room provides additional sleeping accommodations. Both full bathrooms feature a shower and tub combination.

Located along the beach trolley route in Redington Shores, Sea Oats places guests near Gulf Boulevard restaurants, local shops, watersports, and neighboring beach communities such as Indian Shores, North Redington Beach, and Indian Rocks Beach. John’s Pass Village and Boardwalk, Clearwater Beach’s Pier 60, Tampa International Airport, and St. Pete-Clearwater International Airport are also within driving distance.

Saturday arrivals are required during peak seasons. Maximum occupancy is six guests. Two parking spaces are provided. This is a non-smoking vacation rental. Check-in begins at 4:00 PM, and check-out is by 10:00 AM.
