Originally the office of the historic Wells Manor in the 1950s, our pool cottage has been lovingly transformed to offer guests a unique blend of mid-century charm and modern comfort. Inside, you’ll find a spacious sanctuary outfitted with a luxurious king-sized bed featuring a plush memory foam mattress, ensuring a restful night`s sleep after a day of sun and sea.

The cottage is enveloped in windows, bathing the space in natural light and offering views of the surrounding tropical landscape. For those moments when you seek privacy or wish to escape the midday sun, thick blackout curtains provide a cozy, secluded ambiance.

A large, elegantly appointed bathroom with a walk-in shower adds a touch of luxury to your stay, while the convenience of a mini-fridge, microwave, and coffee maker ensures your comfort and satisfaction. You will have access to the entire pool cottage and shared use of the large heated pool and waterfront deck for a relaxing escape. Your private entrance is located at the back of the cottage, next to the outdoor bar, through a white door, ensuring easy access and privacy.

While we won’t be meeting in person, rest assured that we`re always just a message away to ensure your stay is as comfortable and enjoyable as possible. Your check-in will be seamlessly contactless, using a door code we’ll provide before your arrival. Should you need anything or have any questions during your stay, don’t hesitate to reach out!

Please note that our charming pool cottage offers a unique stay as a freestanding building at the corner of the street within our retro motel complex, Tropical Breeze. While it boasts its own secure, private entrance and thick curtains for added privacy, its distinctive location means guests seeking ultra-seclusion may find it different from traditional accommodations. Rest assured, we prioritize your safety and comfort, ensuring a secure and enjoyable stay.

Welcome! To ensure a safe, enjoyable, and respectful experience for all guests, please carefully review and follow the house rules below. By booking this property, you agree to these terms.

Early check-in may be available for a $50 fee. Please message us the morning of your arrival if interested.

🧼 Cleanliness & Maintenance
Please report any cleanliness issues within 24 hours of check-in. We are unable to address or take responsibility for concerns reported after this window.

There is no daily housekeeping. Fresh linens, towels, and basic supplies are provided at check-in. Additional housekeeping can be arranged for a fee with advance notice.

Accidents happen—please notify us promptly if anything breaks so we can replace it before the next guest. Most cases are resolved without penalties when reported honestly.

🚫 Prohibited Activities
No unregistered guests.
No parties, large gatherings, or speakers anywhere on the property.
No smoking or vaping (including medical cannabis) inside or on the property. A $500 penalty applies.
No loudspeakers allowed at the pool.
No flushing anything except toilet paper. Improper use may result in a $300+ plumbing fee.

🏊 Pool & Quiet Hours
Pool Hours: 8:00 AM – 10:00 PM
Clearwater enforces a citywide quiet ordinance from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. Excessive noise or disturbances may lead to eviction without a refund.

📦 General Guidelines
Please rinse off after the beach before entering the room.

Keep personal belongings and valuables inside the unit. Items left outside may be discarded.

We are not responsible for accidents, injuries, illnesses, or loss/damage of personal belongings during your stay.

Bag storage is available, but items are left at your own risk.

Please log out of any streaming services on the TVs. We’re not responsible for post-checkout charges.

Please do not leave personal belongings behind. We do not ship forgotten items.

👤 Guest Agreement
Must be 21 years or older to book.
The number of guests must match the number on the reservation. No additional overnight guests allowed.
Guests may not alter or cancel the booking outside of the set cancellation policy. Please double-check dates and details before booking.

By booking, you authorize necessary property access for maintenance, repair, or inspection.

Please do not remove any items from the rental. Missing items may be considered theft and reported accordingly.
