Experience the beauty of the Gulf from this lovely 9th-floor remodeled unit at the Sandcastle I Condo in Indian Shores. Take in the breathtaking panoramic views from your private balcony and be mesmerized by the spectacular sunsets that will leave a lasting impression. This unit features brand new tile flooring throughout, a fully renovated kitchen, updated bathrooms with walk-in showers, new sliding doors, windows, appliances, an air conditioner, and a water heater.

Kitchen: Refrigerator and freezer, stove/oven, microwave, sink, dishwasher, blender, drip coffee maker, and toaster. Basic dishes, cookware, and utensils are provided. Basic spices, cooking oil, and coffee filters and/or pods are not always available.
Dining Area: Dining table with seating for 6.
Living Room: Sofa and loveseat, coffee table, end tables with lamps, TV, and sliding doors to the extra-large 22-foot balcony.
Laundry: Full-size washer and dryer.
Bedroom #1: King bed, bedside tables with lamps, dresser, a 43” TV, ceiling fan, closet space, sliding doors to the beachfront balcony, and an en-suite bathroom.
Bathroom #1 (En-suite): Vanity, toilet, and standing shower. No tub.
Bedroom #2: (2) Queen beds, dresser, 39” TV, bedside table with lamp, ceiling fan, and closet space.
Bathroom #2: Sink, toilet, and standing shower. No tub.
Bedroom #3: Double bed, dresser, bedside table with lamp, 32” TV, and ceiling fan.
Outdoors: The complex offers beautifully landscaped grounds, a large heated pool and hot tub, a games room with a ping pong table, a lending library, poolside bathrooms/change areas, and two gas barbeques. Beach equipment provided includes 4-6 beach chairs, 1-2 beach umbrellas, and 2-3 coolers.
Indian Shores is a coastal town located between Clearwater and St. Petersburg, Florida. The town is just a 20-minute drive from the St. Pete-Clearwater International Airport and 30 minutes from Tampa International Airport. The area is home to a wide range of excellent restaurants, such as Caddy's just across the street, Gulfside Pizza, Crabby Bill's, PJ's Oyster Bar, Guppy's, Keegan's, and the five-star Salt Rock Grill, all within a few minutes drive, offering a variety of delicious seafood and other favorites.

Important Information
House Rules:
1. No smoking/vaping in the unit. No illegal substances on the premises. Violation of this policy will result in a smoke remediation fee ranging from $200-$500 depending on the severity.
2. No parties or events.
3. No pets. Please notify management of any service animals.
4. You are vacationing in a residential area, please be mindful of noise during all hours. Quiet hours start at 10pm and you must adhere to local noise ordinance.
5. Rinse off and return any and all beach equipment at the end of each day. Do not leave equipment out overnight.
Renting Requirement Policy: The guest booking the reservation must occupy the unit for the duration of the stay and is required to be 25 years of age minimum. Adults may not rent a unit for anyone under the age of 25, they must be actively present at the rental unit.
Maximum Guest Occupancy Policy: Adherence to occupancy policies and limits is strictly enforced. The guest count may not exceed the maximum guest occupancy at any point in time, including any pre-approved day guests. These policies are in place for your safety and the protection of the vacation home and the vacation rental industry. Violation of these policies may result in immediate eviction with complete forfeiture of all monies paid. Please contact management to request a pre-approval for any day guests. Additional guests that will exceed the maximum occupancy will automatically be denied.
Toiletries: Guests should bring their own toiletries, dishwasher pods, and laundry pods. Each unit will have two rolls of toilet tissue per bathroom, soap for every sink, a trash bag, and at least one roll of paper towels in the kitchen. 2 dishwasher pods and 2 laundry pods are also provided if applicable to the rental. We provide one set of bath towels per guest. For guest convenience, we also provide beach towels. All linens are provided.
Parking: All vehicles parked on Sandcastle I Condominium property must display an official parking decal. Unauthorized vehicles may be subject to fines or towing at the vehicle owner's expense. There will be 1 BLUE renter's pass, and 1 GREEN visitor pass. Renters must park in the assigned parking space that matches the decal (907), and visitors must park in one of the 17 designated visitor spaces. Visitor spaces are first-come, first-served and are not guaranteed. Decals must hang from the rearview mirror or on the dashboard.

The quaint town of Indian Rocks Beach (IRB) has a nice array of local restaurants, retail, and sweet shops. The home is close to Guppy's On the Beach, Cafe De Paris Bakery, Gulf Waves Grill, Keegan's Seafood Grille, Chicago Jaqx, TJ's Italian Cafe, Beach shops, and a salon. Brown Park is nearby and has a playground, basketball court, tennis court, and a covered picnic area. The Indian Rocks Library is located beyond Kolb Park, which is a sports park and playground. Splash Harbor Water Park on the south end of IRB offers a great place to have fun and cool off in the lazy river.
