The Space:

Soft coastal light filters through the living spaces as you settle into a quiet South Pasadena neighborhood where days unfold at an easy, unhurried pace. Mornings invite relaxed starts, whether you’re enjoying coffee indoors or stepping outside to take in the warm Gulf air. With the beach a short drive away, the home offers a calm retreat that balances time together with space to unwind.



The home

This entire home is designed to feel both spacious and comfortable, making it well suited for weekend escapes or longer stays. Large living areas provide room to gather, while thoughtful touches throughout help create a peaceful, easygoing atmosphere. Air conditioning and heating keep the home comfortable year-round, and a single-level layout with no stairs allows for easy movement throughout the space.



Sleeping arrangements

The home includes three bedrooms along with additional sleeping space in the living room. The master bedroom features a king bed and an attached bathroom. The second bedroom offers a queen bed, while the third bedroom is furnished with two full beds. A queen pull-out couch in the living room provides flexible sleeping space, with access to the shared bathroom.



Kitchen and dining

A large, full kitchen gives you space to prepare meals at your own pace, whether you’re cooking for the whole family or keeping things simple. Indoor dining areas are spacious and comfortable, making it easy to gather for meals or linger over conversation.



Outdoor living

Outdoor spaces are a highlight of the property. The backyard centers around a salt water pool, with the option to add pool heat on cooler days. Pool loungers invite relaxed afternoons, while the outdoor shower offers a refreshing rinse after time at the beach. Additional features like the tiki bar, putting green, and outdoor dining areas create inviting spots to enjoy Florida’s warm, coastal climate.



Amenities and conveniences

The home includes a washer and dryer, WiFi, and bathroom essentials to support both short and extended stays. A private entrance and self check-in with a smart lock add ease and flexibility, while free parking is available both on the premises and on the street. The home is pet-friendly, and long-term stays of 28 days or more are welcome.



Neighborhood and location

Set in a quiet residential area, the home is close to local shopping and restaurants. St. Pete Beach access is 1.4 miles away, Albert Whitted Airport is 6 miles away, and Splash Harbour Water Park is 12 miles from the property, placing coastal activities and local attractions within easy reach.



This South Pasadena retreat offers a comfortable base for enjoying the area at your own rhythm, with space to relax, reconnect, and feel at home throughout your stay.

During your stay, you will have complete and exclusive access to the entire home.

A quiet, residential neighborhood with shopping and restaurants nearby.



Getting Around:

Feel safe and right at home when you enter our South Pasadena getaway oasis. Parking can accommodate up to (3) small vehicles in the driveway parked back to back.



Other Things to Note:

The home is professionally cleaned and sanitized between each guest. We ensure that our cleaners are committed to the highest standards of cleanliness.



A damage protection option is required for all reservations and is processed through our third-party system prior to arrival. The available options depend on the length of your stay:

-For 1-Night Reservations: Guests are required to provide a $250 refundable security deposit. This is a pre-authorized hold (not a charge) that is released following a damage-free inspection after checkout.

-For Reservations of 2 Nights or More: Guests may choose between the $250 refundable security deposit or a non-refundable damage waiver of $20 per night (capped at a maximum of $100). This waiver covers accidental damages beyond normal wear and tear.



If you would like to add pool heating to your reservation, please let us know in advance, and we can coordinate to set that up for you. The cost for this amenity is $35 per day of stay, which will be invoiced separately. We kindly ask for at least a week's notice. During inclement (cold and/or rainy) weather we do not advise using the pool. The pool gets serviced weekly. Please note that, after it rains, there may be some debris that wash into the pool, which may cause the water to appear slightly discolored.



The golf cart is a paid amenity and is available to reserve. It can be reserved for the entirety of the stay (two-day minimum). Or, if reserving for only part of your stay, it must be at the end of your stay (two-day minimum). The cost for this amenity is $80 per day.



Please be reminded that check-out time is 10AM. In order to prepare our property for the next guests, housekeeping is scheduled to arrive promptly upon check-out. Late check-outs affect housekeeping schedules and future guest reservations. In the event you stay beyond the original scheduled check-out time, you may incur a fee of up to $300.



It is a self-catering home, therefore, we do not refill any supplies during your stay. Each bathroom will have shampoo/conditioner, body wash, a single roll of toilet paper, and hand soap. In the laundry room we provide enough detergent pods for UP TO two (2) loads. In the kitchen, a paper towel roll, a couple of trash bags, dishwashing detergent, and sponge. There is a coffee maker, however coffee is not. Salt/pepper and cooking oil are available for use. If anything is missing, please let us know immediately upon check in so we can arrange restocking.

While communication was technically prompt, it was clear we were dealing with multiple people through a management company rather than a single host, which made coordination frustrating. We requested and paid for early check-in, but it was not honored despite repeated follow-ups including day of 2 hours before early check in was supposed to occur. While the charge was later refunded, this could have been handled much more smoothly.Upon arrival, floors were dirty, the pull-out couch sheets were stained, and several lamps and outlets didn’t work. The Roku TV never functioned despite multiple codes and troubleshooting with the management team. Pool heating, which we also paid for, did not work, and although we were told someone would check it, no technician ever came. The refund has been approved but not yet received.We also rented a golf cart expecting quick beach access, but it was not practical or legal on the roads as listed. The listing says 5 minutes to the beach but it is actually at least 10 to get to the actual beach, not just inter coastal water by a bridge. Overall, while the home appeared “clean” on the surface, unresolved issues, unfulfilled services, and constant back-and-forth made the stay stressful and disappointing for the price paid. I wish there were more characters to provide further details so others can be completely informed in their choice to stay here.

Although there is no longer a dedicated ice machine on property as it was on our July stay, we enjoyed our stay. Please note there is only parking for 3 vehicles, so deliveries will have to park on street briefly. Pool floats would be nice addition.

Great stay in a good location. Has almost everything you could need. I believe the listing says there is salt, pepper and cooking spray, but it did not. My only complaint is that the floors were not cleaned upon our arrival. If you’re staying here, bring some slippers, unless you enjoy black feet.
