Welcome to Safety Harbor Retreat, a comfortable two-bedroom, two-bath townhome located just one mile from the restaurants, shops and local charm of downtown Safety Harbor. The home provides a peaceful base for exploring Tampa, Clearwater’s beaches and the surrounding Tampa Bay area.
The open-concept living space connects the living room, dining area and kitchen, making it easy to relax and spend time together. The well-equipped kitchen offers ample counter space, breakfast-bar seating for four and an adjoining farmhouse dining table that also seats four. A separate bar and bonus lounge provides additional space to unwind.
The primary suite features a king-size bed, television, walk-in closet, en suite bathroom and direct access to the backyard deck. The second bedroom includes a queen-size bed and ample closet space. The townhome accommodates a maximum of four guests.
Step outside onto the large covered deck overlooking the fully fenced backyard. A separate platform deck provides a quiet place for morning coffee, reading or outdoor yoga. Guests also have access to the shared community swimming pool, which is used exclusively by community residents and their registered guests.
Additional conveniences include Wi-Fi, free on-site parking, a washer and dryer, a charcoal grill and beach equipment. Four beach chairs and a beach umbrella are provided. Guests using the grill will need to supply their own charcoal.
Up to two dogs may be accepted with prior host approval. All dogs must be included in the reservation, and the applicable Vrbo pet fee will apply.
