Récemment rénovée, équipée d'une télévision intelligente dans chaque chambre et d'une connexion haut débit à Internet gratuite, cette suite dispose de 2 chambres lit queen-size, d'une salle de bains avec baignoire / douche et d'une cuisine entiÚrement équipée séchoir dans l'unité. Un grand balcon offre une vue directe sur le golfe du Mexique et sur la piscine et le bain à remous.
Grand parking sur place, y compris un garage. SituĂ© en face du meilleur restaurant de la ville, Salt Rock Grill. À quelques pas du cafĂ© Indian Shores et du bar de plongĂ©e par excellence, le Mahuffer s, vous trouverez Ă©galement un marchĂ© le dimanche en saison, juste en face de la mairie. La mairie propose Ă©galement des courts de tennis gratuits, un parc pour enfants au bord de l’eau et une bibliothĂšque, tous littĂ©ralement dans la rue!

Pictures on website were pre hurricane. Hot tub never got warm even though we contacted manager. Microwave broken, knob missing on stove, toilet paper holder falling down, lights flickered, patio door hard to open, sand in and around pool, hallway wall was patched but not painted, parking had open electrical wiring and old furniture to name some of the issues. Great view. Could be wonderful place with alot of tlc!!

Microwave not working just constant buzzing had to unplug, couldn’t use at all. Knob on left front stove just gone. Paint marks all down the hallway and front room area. Photos online must have been a very long time ago the only same furniture Is the filthy footstool and stand. I lost my earring and made the mistake of looking under the couch and main bedroom wow was that a mistake bed being held up with bricks. Sliding doors are extremely difficult to open actually thought they didn’t open due to how hard they are. Molding and tile in the bathroom are disgusting even the door god knows when it was last wiped down. Don’t fall for hot tub because believe me that was absolutely no hot tub and in the book it says if you mess with it that it’s a 250 fine plus make sure all the old swimming towels 5 are there or that’s another 25 per towel. Take pictures or a video as I did before leaving. I tried to email host what a joke never ever got a response. Bar stools beware they are flimsy at best, be sure to bring a flashlight or have fun trying to get the key out of the key box at night in a dim lite stair way hooked to the stair rail. That took forever to get open since the other 2 condo locks are there too. Ridiculous for the price when they literally do the bare minimum. Pool we had to clean from leaves they never came to do it in 5 days we saw 1 person and that person cleaned the condo next to us that they left on like a Friday which dirty laundry set in hallway until Monday.

We were very disappointed with our stay at this property. One of the main reasons we booked here was for the beach view, which turned out to be completely blocked by construction — something that was never mentioned in the listing. Had we known this ahead of time, we would have booked elsewhere.When I reached out, we were offered the option to cancel for a refund, but this was offered the day of our arrival. A same-day cancellation refund would not have been processed in time for us to find another place to stay, leaving us with no realistic option but to stay.On top of that, the sliding glass door to the porch was broken, which meant we couldn’t even enjoy what little view we had. I reported this issue and was told a maintenance person would come to fix it, but no one showed up until the day before we left — around 4 PM — so we were only able to use the porch for a very short time during our stay.Communication was subpar overall, and the experience did not match the listing or our expectations. We were eventually refunded 185, which we appreciate, but it was not the equivalent of a full night’s stay. Something was better than nothing, but we still felt the situation was not handled as well as it could have been.Unfortunately, this stay was a disappointment, and I would not book this property again.

Pictures were not as advertised. Very misleading. Needs small fixes EVERYWHERE. door handle coming in was almost falling off, toilet paper holder falling off, patchy uneven paint thought the whole place. Balcony needs repairs. Sheets were very rough and piling. Pool and hot tub do not come on at the times advertised (6pm-10pm) therefore the hot tub is never hot. Pool lights were maybe on 3/7 days. ANTS EVERYWHERE. Broken bar stools. ALL PICTURES ADVERTISED WERE PRE-HURRICANE PICTURES. NOT AS ADVERTISED.

You can’t beat the beach location and view! Pool was nice. Interior and porch do not match the pics in the listing. Things aren’t as nice. We also had a couple roach friends, and owners/managers seemed to always be on the property at the same time. No garage doors as posted either, but understandable due to last years hurricane. The listing could definitely be updated to show more of a realistic idea of where you are staying, but overall, you are just there for the beach, right?!

Lovely Time

We had a lovely time. Plenty of space and amenities in a great location and grateful for their hard work to recover from the storms. Our unit had a fantastic patio with awesome view of the gulf. It’s very quaint and intimate being only 3 units. While all the patios face the pool with great views, there are no time restrictions on pool use so it was disappointing to have kids playing after 10pm who didn’t quiet after requests made. We were excited and discussing booking again, but sadly after the noise issue was ignored we likely won’t be back and will be mindful of pool location and rules of other places.

Great for a relaxing getaway!

We were looking for a comfortable and relaxing getaway. And we found it. The apartment was clean and, it was fully equipped. The building and the apartment needs some TLC. The bathroom needs to be renovated. The host was super attentive and was quick to answer all of our inquiries.One of the mattresses needs to be replaced. We did not use the pool. Overall a good experience.

Pool, hot tub didnt work, checkin was horrible, bed was sucken with blocks holding it up with some huge bug that bite us all week. Dishwasher didnt clean dishes. Slider was hard to open. I would not have my worst enemy stay here. Very unclean.

Great stay!

We loved this beautiful ocean-front home. Clean, convenient, beautiful. The only problem we had was that our check-in email gave us the incorrect key code and we had to bother the owner in the middle of the night to get the correct one. She was super kind and understanding.

Slightly Dysfunctional with great location

The location was really great and the view was wonderful. The response time from the host leading up to the trip was really not great. It seemed like there were a couple different people responding so I'm not sure why it took 4 days to respond. The check-in process was stressful and the parking is a bit of a pain. My car was blocked in at several points throughout the stay. As the other reviews say, the beds are horrible. One room was stiff as a board and the other had me and my husband rolling into each other. If you know all this and want a beautiful view, this is a good spot. I'm not sure if we would book again.

Our stay here was very refreshing and renewing. The view all day was great. The place was comfortable and quaint and clean. We loved being able to step out onto the beach and it wasn’t crowded. Communication was good. We will be back.

Perfect location for families

Absolutely loved the location. Can't beat pool and beach right there. Loved that we were able to rent the place with friends on the other side of the unit, but still have our own space. I will definitely consider staying here again and renting the building for family and friends. Only negatives (small complaints): definitely needs some maintenance fixes, pool had some issues (low water, circulation, cloudy) and I never received any communication from host. I messaged to check in 30 minutes early and didn't get a response or any other response pre, during or post stay.

DO NOT stay here. IN ANY UNIT. The pictures ARE NOT what you will get. It is dirty, the pool is dirty, the jacuzzi does not work. The property is runned down. I am fighting to get my money back after leaving the property days before my check out.

Beautiful spot!

This was our first time in the area and was so glad my family and I got this place. Beautiful view, clean and the access to the beach was perfect! Minor things need to be worked on such as the hot tub didn't work properly. My husband took lots of time trying to figure it out. The lack of supplies in the rental lacked. 1 garbage bag, 1 washcloth, 1 dishcloth, dull knife, no soap. Beds were ok...one bed had bricks under it as the frame was broken. The shower was bad, no water pressure and very hard to adjust temp. The caulking needs to be touched up. So minor things that could be fixed would make this place Top Notch!! But the view, location, deck, beach, pool all made up for it for the price.

Misleading

During our stay, pool and hot tub worked maybe 10 percent of the time. Eventually, it became unusable and unsafe. I paid for a condo that had these amenities and feel taken advantage of after talking with pool company and looking at previous reviews saying this has been an ongoing problem! I would not recommend this condo to anyone, until these issues are resolved! Grounds are also unkept with debris and water issues on doors and floor molding possibly resulting in mold issues. Definitely needs some TLC!

Great location

Location was great. Parking was interesting and did not accommodate guests. The beds were a bit high and my 88 year old mom had a hard time climbing up to get to the bed. The second bedroom mattress should be replaced - it sinks in the right, middle. The view was nice, it was quiet.
