Ce chalet trĂšs pittoresque est petite mais pleine de charme et de confort. La plage est Ă  180 pas loin via la promenade qui est juste devant votre porte. La ligne de tramway de Gulf Blvd est une courte demi pĂątĂ© de maisons de la maison. Maison est Ă©quipĂ© d'une grande tĂ©lĂ©vision dans le salon et le WIFI gratuit. Rock Lobster est situĂ© dans la ville de Treasure Island et est Ă  moins d'un mile de la cĂ©lĂšbre zone commerciale et restaurant Johns Pass oĂč vous pouvez magasiner, manger, profiter, regarder les dauphins, ou mĂȘme louer des jet-skis! RĂ©ductions fournies si vous louez toute la maison!

Treasure Island a obtenu son nom d'un propriétaire au début de l'hÎtel qui a enterré puis découvert un couple de coffres en bois sur la plage. Small but Cute

Awesome location! Boardwalk was closed due to it being damaged probably from the hurricane. You do have to provide your own toiletries and the walls are paper thin. Lucky for us we only had one day of neighbors. The owner always responded within 15 minutes to a half hour! Very quick response time! They also allowed our friends to park in the lot as well on our beach days. Very easy checking in and out! The neighborhood was basically pretty quiet except for some dogs barking. All in all is what I expected. It was a nice stay.

This property is advertised as a Duplex. Be aware that there is a shared door within the property The shared door has blue painters tape around the door frame. It is easy to hear people in the next room.

Property manager was very very rude when I made aware how uncomfortable we were with the see through glass door and window with no curtain. People can see right through. Plus can only lock the glass door by a hook anyone can open that easily and the code lock doesn’t lock my deadbolt has a deadbolt but doesn’t work. Only good thing is location and cleanliness.

Hidden Gem of Treasure Island

We loved our stay at the cottage. I don’t think there is a lot of properties like this left in the area especially for the price we paid. Small but perfect for a couple and very cute and cozy. Bed was super comfortable but wish there was a TV in the bedroom. Thankful for the free parking space behind the cottage. The best part was what it felt like our own private access to the beach since I believe only surrounding neighbors use it. I wish that the kitchen sink and fridge were bigger. No point for a full size stove if there is not enough room to store food or wash dishes. But we came to enjoy / go out and not cook so overall it’s all good. Loved the tree by our side of the cottage that gave us lots of shade during the hot / sunny days but wish all the leaves were cleaned out and the table and chairs were cleaner and in better shape so we could enjoy more. Loved the outdoor shower. So convenient! The living room door between the two units made me uneasy at times but since our neighbors were ladies, we were ok. I would get rid of that door if it was my decision. Overall, we love Treasure Island and the surrounding areas and we would definitely stay at the cottage again! Thank you so much!

I can't compromise on cleanliness ...

While the location is hard to beat at the price, I just cannot comprise on the cleanliness of the place. When I arrived I needed to plug a charger in, and the plug was behind the couch. When I moved the couch there was sand from previous renters, which I could’ve gotten over, but there was also about 20 dead bugs. It's not like the couch was super heavy and difficult to clean behind, so this of course made me question how clean the rest of the room was. A couple days later I was in the living room and started to walk back to the bathroom when I spotted a roach on the wall. This was my second time staying here, and I didn't mention the bugs last year because I thought maybe I was being critical, so I decided to stay here again this year and was just disgusted by the lack of upkeep. I was nervous going to sleep thinking that there would be bugs in the bed, or crawling into my bags. I don't know why I had to pay a cleaning fee when the apartment wasn't cleaned to me, and probably won't be for the next guest. I ended up leaving a day earlier because I just couldn’t take the bugs anymore. If you don't mind the cleanliness and bugs, and are looking for a small place in close proximity to the beach. Then this might be your place, however after two consecutive stays and experiencing the same thing, that's not something I personally am willing to comprise on. Check-in is easy, location is great, cleanliness and upkeep definitely has all the room to improve.

Great little cottage

Stay was great. Had an issue where I was given the wrong door code initially but with a quick call I was given the correct number and got in. You may want to update the description for Rock Lobster 2 as it says it has a new Queen bed and it is not a queen bet it's a double. The listing says "The unit can sleep up to 2 people on a new queen-size adjustable bed." in the description. We would have stayed regardless but for someone else they may be upset to find a double bed.

Beach Retreat

The location of this cozy cottage is awesome. You are literally five steps to the boardwalk and then at the beach. It’s very close to Johns Pass and many restaurants and bars. It had all the necessities for our nine day stay. There were not any beach chairs or umbrellas, but we were able to rent some for the week.

Misinformed

The bungalow was lovely but apparently it was not the one we rented. We had to move after two days. Angie was very helpful in getting us relocated quickly. My only suggestion is to make the two listings at that address very clear. We would not have rented the other one.

Property was great, short walk to beach, had chairs, umbrella, and cooler to use. Perfect size for 2 people, cable box went out and they were quick to fix it. Could walk to John's pass and location was quiet and clean! Would stay there again.

On our trip , me and my girlfriend were looking to have a relaxing time . It is extremely hot inside this rental , 3 guys roomed next door and could hear them partying all night . Someone (Idk who) came by one day and took a picture of us while sitting on the porch and left . Not a great experience. We drove 8 hours to just relax

Property location was excellent, the property itself needs updated, and needs a bed not a futon.

Renting the property was easy. Wifi didn’t work and we could only get 1 channel on the tv. When I called about the WiFi, I was told I would get a return call but that didn’t happen. The futon in the bedroom was semi-comfortable but the futon in the living room was horrible for sleeping and we ended up using a blow up mattress instead. Also there were several tears in the living room futon and the blanket in the living room.

Run down property

2 futons- 1 to sleep on and 1 to sit on, both in poor condition. Did not sleep much. It was fairly quiet for location but it is 2 units with paper thin walls. Sheets and towels clean but old dried up coffee down the side of the fridge onto the floor. Carpets very stained. No dish soap. Black snake outside went under the bungalow- yikes! Great beach access. Over priced for the condition of the property.
