On Clearwater Beach! New and stunning 2/2.5 condo!

This newer 2 bedroom, 2 and a half bath condo at Avalon (new in October of 2021) is a little piece of heaven on Clearwater Beach! It is a city view 3rd floor unit.

There is a heated pool, pool bar, and sundeck on the 5th floor which has a beautiful view of Clearwater beach. The layout of the bedrooms is a split plan for privacy on your vacation adventure!

Please Note: The Avalon front desk will collect from you a $35+tax per night parking fee (if you need parking), and a resort fee of $35+tax per night. These fees are charged by Avalon and are not included with your booking.

The resort fee includes use of beach chairs, a beach umbrella, and boogie boards, and these can be obtained at Avalon's front desk. The Avalon will put a $200 nightly hold on your credit card, for any incidental purchases incurred at the Avalon, such as drinks at the bar.

The master bedroom is a large and lovely room with a King-Sized Bed, a TV, and has a small safe in the closet. The Master bath has a walk-in shower. The smaller bedroom is off of the living room and has a Queen-sized bed, with a TV, and has an ironing board and iron in the closet. The Guest bath has a shower/tub combination, and there is a half bath off of the Living/Kitchen area. The living room has a large-screened TV, and the kitchen has a breakfast bar that seats 3, and there is a balcony that overlooks Mandalay Street. The living room sofa has a pull-out sofa bed.

There is a gym on the 3rd floor that opens at 9AM daily. There are vending machines on the 5th floor. Step out of the Avalon and you are directly on one of the most beautiful beaches in the World! Clearwater Beach, which is known for its fine white sand and lovely waters of the Gulf of Mexico! Book this unit for a wonderful beach vacation!

If you would like to reserve a pack-n-play (with linens), it can be obtained at Avalon's front desk for $20 daily, plus tax.

The covered garage parking has ONE designated spot for a car. If you have additional vehicles, you will need to contact Avalon Guest Services in advance to check for availability and pricing. We can only provide the one designated parking spot per booking, and the parking fee is paid separately from your booking, directly to Avalon. The parking fee is $35+tax daily, and it is to be paid directly to Avalon.

IMPORTANT: IF YOU BOOK THIS UNIT, YET ARE HAVING ANOTHER PARTY MAKE PAYMENT, YOU WILL NEED TO ADD THE EMAIL ADDRESS OF THE PAYER ONTO THE BOOKING, AND THE PAYER WILL NEED TO E-SIGN OUR RENTAL AGREEMENT. ONLY THE PERSON WHO PAYS IS AUTHORIZED TO E-SIGN THE RENTAL AGREEMENT.

Age minimum: One guest must be at least 25 years old. Under the ADA and Florida law, owners of public accommodations are not required to allow emotional support animals, only documented service animals. Rates on OPEN DATES are often subject to change. TRAVEL INSURANCE IS RECOMMENDED. THERE IS A NO REFUND/CANCELLATION POLICY WITHIN 60 DAYS OF CHECK-IN. THIS INCLUDES NO REFUNDS DUE TO HEALTH CONDITIONS OF ANY KIND, WEATHER CONDITIONS OF ANY KIND, WATER CONDITIONS OF ANY KIND INCLUDING COLD WATER OR RED TIDE, OR TRANSPORTATION OR ROAD CONDITIONS OF ANY KIND INCLUDING FLIGHT CANCELLATIONS. A CHANGE IN YOUR BOOKING DATE MAY NOT BE POSSIBLE OR ALLOWED, HOWEVER, SHOULD A DATE CHANGE BE ALLOWED BY THE OWNER, BOOKING DATE CHANGES WILL BE SUBJUECT TO A $50 CHARGE FOR EACH DATE CHANGE. Should a booking date change be allowed, the difference in rates, if lower, will not be refunded, and if higher, will be charged. AGAIN, due to the no refund policy, travel insurance is highly recommended, especially if your stay will fall around Florida's Hurricane season, which falls annually around June 1 through Nov. 30. Check in is any time after 4PM. We cannot guarantee pools will be warm during cold weather months and will not give discounts or refunds should a guest experience cold pool water temperatures.

Please understand what can come with the potential aftermath of a Hurricane. There may be closures of the following, that could possibly last weeks, if not longer: restaurants/shops, roads, certain amenities offered, beaches, Wi-Fi/cable, pools, elevators, etc. Our owners will stand behind their no refund cancellation policy for any of these inconveniences and will not be making anyone the exception. Again, this is why we HIGHLY recommend purchasing good travel insurance. There should be a few policies offered towards the end of your booking process. One of which should allow you to cancel for any reason (CFAR). However, it is important for you, to do your proper research in confirming what exclusions, if any, exist for that particular policy. If none are offered to you, you can always contact another 3rd party travel insurance company. Date changes, rain checks, or compensation will also not be options under these circumstances! Hurricane season, again, falls between June 1st and November 30th.

Because we have a high amount of same day turn overs, we kindly ask that you PLEASE refrain from asking for an early check in. Check-in is at 4PM Eastern or any time thereafter. Should the unit be available for early check-in, it will be offered to you on the morning of your arrival for a $50 early check-in fee. Thank you for understanding!

We require the payer of the booking to sign our rental agreement, which insures the guest instructions will auto-send at 3PM on the day of arrival.

Great Location and very clean

We had an easy check in process, helpful front desk staff. Great communication with staff and follow up. Easy to walk to restaurants on the beach! Comfy beds and pleasantly surprised by the nice memory foam pillows which helps me sleep and not get neck aches . Would come again for vacation!

Fantastic location and stay !

Right on the beach, just walking through their very small parking lot. The apartment, itself, was immaculate. The front desk, maintenance and cleaning staffs were nice, efficient and very responsive ! Loved our stay. Definitely would book this apartment again !

This property was perfect! Heated pool, the fifth floor view and bar is amazing, staff was very friendly and accommodating! Always greeting us when arriving or going out. It was a little bit of a walk to the restaurants and shopping. But well worth it!

Beautiful and perfect

After our orginal vacation got cut short because of a hurricane, the only flight to the states took us to Tampa. With less than 24hours to find a place we struck gold finding this! Beautiful, clean, on the beach, places to eat within walking distance, beach chairs and umbrellas available for free. This place was a gem and saved our vacation. Everything was amazing. The roof top pool and bar were perfect to see fireworks on the fourth. The folks working there were so kind. Plus the. 24-7 coffee/tea and coco. This was a great place and I would highly recommend it.

Tampa Trip

Would have been nice to have a chair in the larger bedroom. Also, the shag rug in the living area needs to go. It was folded up on one corner and both myself (age 74) and 3 yr old grandchild both tripped on it. It is a liability and needs to be replaced. We had to put a kitchen counter stool on it to keep it down. Otherwise it was very spacious and very clean.

Loved it and would stay again!

I thought the location and floor plan of this condo was perfect! It was a girls trip so we both had our own in suite bathrooms and we were on opposite sides so we felt like we weren’t disturbing the other one as we both went to bed and woke up at different times. Kitchen was perfect, had everything we needed. Loved having a washer and dryer. Everything was clean and the beds were very comfortable. I will agree the living room furniture wasn’t comfortable but we didn’t sit out there much. Property employees were very nice and helpful. Loved having the chairs and umbrellas. Close walk to a ton of restaurants, ice cream, shops, bars, etc. I loved this condo and highly recommend!
