Great Time

This property worked great for our family of 15. Everyone was able to spread out and not be on top of each other. The backyard pool and hot tub were a hit. It is much smaller in person than it appears in the pictures, however, it was perfectly fine for our family. We were in both every single day, temperatures in both were perfect. The house was VERY clean and honestly, that is SO important to us. We also appreciated the "extras" including toilet paper, Keurig coffee pods, paper towel, dish soap, hand soap, etc. There were your typical "rental house issues" including toilet paper holders and towel holders that would continuously fall out of the wall as well as a bedroom closet shelf that had been pulled out/fell out of the wall and laying on the closet floor when we got there. However, we know this is typical in most of these homes.The beds, sheets and pillows were all very nice and comfortable. The house is situated in a very quiet and nice neighborhood. All in all, we had a great time.

Awesome Place!

We LOVED our stay! Great area for people of all ages. The owners were very friendly and accommodating. The pool and hot tub were wonderful....Every morning we drank coffee and watched dolphins enjoying the water. Very large house which accommodated our large group (14 people). This was the first vacation rental that my ENTIRE group loved and wants to go back to (and we have rented several). Can't wait to go back!

Absolutely lovely

What a beautiful property! Amazing views of the water. The kitchen was stocked with everything we needed to cook our Thanksgiving dinner for 10. My 85 year old mother had some difficulty navigating all the steps, so would keep that in mind if traveling with older family members. We were suprised to learn that the golf cart required additional rental fee - but was well worth it. Overall, a great property!!

Great House!

Family of 14 stayed here in mid July. Communication with owners was smooth & timely. Check in was a breeze and the house was in great shape. Had everything we needed, location is great, pool/hot tub perfect in the hot Florida sun. We cooked plenty at the house after a visit to Costco. Close to lots of bars/restaurants if you feel like venturing out. Comfortable sleeping for at least 14. Use of golf cart was nice to buzz around the island/back and forth to the beach. Would highly recommend this rental for a large family looking for a fun time on the Gulf Coast of Florida.

Great place for a family vacation

Had a great week stay. House is exactly as shown in pictures. Large house with lots of room for our family get together and the kitchen had plenty of equipment to prepare meals. Also some good restaurants close by if you would prefer to go out. We fished off the boat dock and caught an array of small fish including rockfish.We did see dolphins several times during the week too! Definitely recommend taking some binoculars as so much wildlife. Indian rocks beach is a lovely area and we would definitely go back.

Unforgettable vacation

We rented here for a family of 16. The home was spotlessly clean and welcoming. It had everything we needed to have a very comfortable stay. Plenty of kitchen items, paper goods, and beach and pool items. The beds were excellent, best sleep I’ve ever had on vacation. The view was absolutely beautiful, we saw dolphins right by our boat pier almost every day. The golf cart was really helpful for going to the beach or getting ice cream. Lots of room to spread out and play games, or sit on the lovely deck. Pool and hot tub were used a lot by our family, and it is very nice. Owners are very helpful, accommodating, and easy to work with. 2 minor needs were taken care of almost immediately. Would definitely stay there again.

Amazing!

Gorgeous waterfront property at the end of a quiet neighborhood. Easily fit 14 adults comfortably. Our family had the best time celebrating a birthday! Highly recommend!

Great Large Family vacation home

Pros-very clean, spacious layout of home with lots of gathering spaces, very comfortable beds, linens and furnishings, beautiful water views with daily dolphin sightings, owner provided golf cart, great fishing from dock, large pool/hot tub, public playground/tennis courts/basketball just down street and 1/2 mile from beach access and some fun shops and delicious restaurants. Fun biking area to explore too. Cons-Pool heater took 1/2 day to heat to 80+ degrees (65-70 degree weather), so useage was significantly limited (owner offered to start heating earlier in am the day before departing, but since departing, it was not beneficial to us), hot tub heated quickly, so used much more frequently-reported heating issues daily to owner, but new to pool system, so working kinks out. Safety issue with gate and steps to access dock; niece was knocked 4' from dock into water by gate, scraping entire leg and cutting foot on dock/coral/shells in water and couldn't easily get her out, due to locked ladder access-until fixed, would not recommended accessing dock for children or mobility challenged. Overall very comfortable vacation home, lovely owners and quaint beachtown to vacation.

Perfect for large groups

We had the best time! Celebrated my daughters graduation from USF with several family members. House was perfect for a large family dinner party. 1 mike from the beach with easy access using the golf cart!! Manager and owner were responsive and wonderful. Highly recommend!

Absolutely beautiful

Everything is new, nicely furnished, and VERY spacious. The home is lacking nothing and was equipped with everything (amenities and supplies) for trouble free stay. The home is located in an ideal setting. Quiet neighborhood, on the water (we enjoyed watching the dolphins playing) and close to everything. We opted to rent the golf cart which came in quite handy. I don’t usually write reviews, but this home was beyond my expectations and deserves your attention. The owners were easy to communicate with and bent over backwards to make sure we were happy and to make sure we were enjoying our stay. I can’t wait to visit again. Thank you for a great vacation!
