Come enjoy your own slice of paradise at this Sea Isles Villas condo! This is the closest you can get to being on the beach with FULL views of the OCEAN. Enter the property and be greeted by a charming beach feel. Sea Isles Villas has minimal neighbors, a stunning view, heated pool with direct oceanfront views. The private elevator is an additional bonus with private keyed access to your unit and makes it especially convenient for loading groceries and beach gear to and from the car or beach. =

Condo Features:
Master Bedroom – Entering the condo to your right is the Master Bedroom with King Size Mattress and flat screen TV with cable and Smart TV. In addition there is an bathroom with shower and closet with condo essentials such as blankets, vacuum, pack and play with linens and booster seat and beach towels.

Second Bedroom – Entering the condo down the hall on the right is the second bedroom with Queen Size Mattress and flat screen TV with cable and Smart TV. In the closet you will find all of the beach toys you could need for your stay such as beach chairs, umbrella and coolers.

Guest Bathroom – Entering the condo down the hall on your right between the Master Bedroom and Second Bedroom is the hallway bath with shower tub combo.

Living Room – Entering the condo all the way down the hall you will pass the upgraded LE washer and dryer to a spacious living room with upgraded furniture and sparking quartz countertops. We keep our kitchen stocked with all of the essential cooking pots, pans, baking sheets, coffee maker, blender toaster, tea kettle, and utensils. The kitchen includes a dining room table seating 6 plus 2 bar stools for the eat in kitchen bar. The living room is equipped with plush couches with a pullout sofa plus a large flat screen TV with cable, Smart TV and DVD player. We also try our best to keep it stocked with games, books and family friendly movies for our guests!

Location Features:
Indian Rocks is a quaint beach town with a casual sleepy beach town feel. The beaches are plentiful and full of sugary white sand and the sunsets are colorful and breezy. There are a variety restaurants (many with live entertainment) to enjoy where you can grab seafood of any kind and a cocktail. There are bike, paddleboard, boat, and kayak rentals nearby.

Temperature: A/C is programmed to restrict any setting below 70 degrees in order to maintain proper maintenance per the recommendation from our HVAC technicians

Beautiful accommodations

This is a beautiful, clean, and quiet location. Perfect for group family bookings, or single booking. The property manager helped us find rooms at the same location so we could spend time with our family. It was perfect.

many pluses, one big minus

Overall this property has a lot going for it, proximity to the beach is excellent, close to restaurants, personal elevator, nicely decorated and provisioned. However it is old and it shows in the walls, the sloping floors, the flickering lights and the awful acoustics. One can hear everything in the units above and to the side -- everything, like bathroom habits everything... and everything in the parking lot below if you are in the bedroom by the front door. The hosts did a wonderful job of making it delightful but I don't know how one fixes this major flaw. So bring headphones if you want to sleep.

Enjoyed our stay and good location. One small issue, when arrived a little late and followed the instructions for the key pad to enter the code. The keypad looked as if it hadnt worked for quite a while and then there were 2 lock boxes and had to call the owner to get the code for the lock box and they weren't sure which one the key was in. Other than that, we were evacuated 4 days early because of the hurricane. It was advertised that it had a private elevator, in June i received an email stating it would be under repairs, no big deal, what we didnt realize is that a hammer drill would be running almost the whole day. One suggestion for VRBO, this location was subbed out to a property management company which made the payment process a little confusing, the past condos we have gotten down there through VRBO were direct contact with the owner. This was 3 steps, message from VRBO, message from owner, then a message from the property management company. I do believe that this should be disclosed when booking and maybe it was an oversite on my part, but do not recall a third party... Great place and location, but probably wont use this condo again.

Enjoyed six days at this property. We had no complaints. The condo was well equipped with everything you'd need for a beach vacation. Great location, close to lots of restaurants. We had to contact management one time about a question with the balcony doors and their response was immediate. Would definitely stay there again.

Awesome place to stay!

Everything about this place was wonderful. The upstairs family had a couple of children that were a little rambunctious and we could hear them through the floor, but other than that it was a wonderful place to stay. Easy access to the beach. Plenty of places to set up umbrella, and didn’t have to wake up at 4am to save a place.

On the beach

My family has been vacationing the IRB area since the 1980s and have rented dozens of condos during that time. My family knows what we want and are willing to pay for it. We rented this condo upon seeing the pictures of a 12-unit complex with a pool. While we thought that was going to be a little busy at the pool we were unaware that this property is, in fact, 18 units with 2 additional buildings in the back off the beach. The first 2 days of our stay ALL the available pool chairs were occupied so we never went to the pool. While the managers did add additional chairs/lounges it still was a packed pool area. Another heads-up to renters is this is a 2nd floor condo and we heard the echoing thump-thump of the renters above us. We rented during Easter break so there were many kids in the complex. While previous renters touched on that fact, it was annoying. The condo is clean and well maintained. The master bath is a little tight, but the other bath is better. The elevator is a nice plus. Check in is at 4 pm abd that MEANS 4pm. We attempted to enter the condo about 20 minutes early and was rebuffed by the cleaning lady. We came back after 4 pm and the floors were still wet. The location is great close to restaurants and the trolley line. All in all we're glad we vacationed in IRB, but for what we paid for our week we'll try elsewhere in the future.

While in an excellent location, and a unit design that was fine, we found the experience so-so, particularly due to the lack of unit amenities, such as extra blankets or sheets, toiletries, and what seemed only the basic necessities to stay in the unit. Possibly acceptable for the price, but as a frequent visitor to Indian Rocks Beach and a former rental owner ourselves, the unit didn't match up to other units we have rented within walking distance of this one.

Great location

Located right on the beach with an elevator to your condo... very convenient! The condo, however, could use a little tlc. A few things like a bath mat, some trash bags, and a screen on the patio door would make it nice. Really lacked guest ammenities.

Spacious and Clean Condo

Incredible!

When I first walked in I was floored at the quality and size of the condo. We came to celebrate our cousin graduating and our family had a beautiful space to get together. The elevator made it easy for our relatives with mobility issues to get down to the pool and beyond to enjoy themselves - and great for loading and unloading the car. Every one of us were so happy with the space. The condo provided chairs, umbrella and toys for the beach! The pool was great and the beach was incredible. I can’t say enough good things. Thank you for this space!

Loved it!

Our first time to this part of Florida. My son and I loved it all. The condo had so many thoughtful touches. One example is the barstool height table and chairs on the balcony. I’ve spent many previous vacation hours staring through the railings. The pool was directly beneath our balcony, but the guests using it were quiet, and there was no loud nighttime use. We ended up using the elevator so much. This was just a delightful stay!

Perfect Beach Location and View From Balcony

I absolutely loved this location, the property was clean and had everything we needed including beach chairs and an umbrella which we used daily. The keypad entry was so convenient. I hate using keys. We didn't take advantage of the elevator because we like using steps. My only complaint which others had also is the condo needs better sound proofing. Wow was it loud when someone was walking or talking the floor above us-almost like they were in my condo. That will not keep me from returning, but I do hope there is a future solution to sharing that noise with other renters. Wonderful place and appreciate the updates!

This property was amazing. Location location location. I will make mention that this is a bottom floor and if the above condo is being rented you can hear the footsteps.
