Everything is brand new in this newly renovated vacation rental. Located less than a block to the beach & across the street from a park. Enjoy the views of the pool & park from the unit or the private patio. A luxurious King DreamCloud Premier Hybrid Mattress provided in the master bedroom will ensure a glorious nights sleep! Out back is a large HEATED pool, lounge chairs, dining tables, Weber grill, fire pit and more. We provide all your beach needs, towels, umbrella, beach chairs, and more!



The Space:

Welcome to Manatee Way!



This brand new, completely renovated beach vacation rental is located on the first floor of a small two story building with four total units called Under The Sea Vacation Rentals. Upon entering the unit, you will find a brand new kitchen stocked with all your cooking needs, featuring open shelving and plenty of space in the fridge to keep your drinks cold! We also provide a blender for those who prefer some frozen drinks or smoothies! To your right will be the open living room with dining area as well as a large coffee bar stocked with all your coffee needs, including organic coffee, tea & sugar. The kitchen table also expands and there are additional chairs located in the master bedroom closet.



The living room has a comfy couch and a large 55" Roku TV with cable provided by Hulu Live, with plenty of on demand selections and the ability to pause, rewind or start the show over, there is always something to watch. After a day of enjoying the heated pool and the lounge chairs out back or a day at the beach with the provided beach chairs and umbrella, head to the fire pit for a late night fire. Then enjoy a peaceful nights rest in the brand new luxurious king sized 14 inch DreamCloud Premier Hybrid Mattress also known as 'The Cloud', this mattress will ensure you get a great nights sleep! Located in the guest bedroom is a twin over full bunk bed with memory foam mattress where the other guests will enjoy a very comfortable nights sleep. All bedrooms and the living have Roku TVs and live cable provided through Hulu Live.



Here at Under the Sea Vacation Rentals we do not believe in going cheap. That is why the large HEATED pool outback is kept at 90 degrees during the colder months of the year so you can enjoy the pool all year round. There is also a separate shared laundry room on the side of the building with free washer and dryer. We also provide laundry detergent. Outback besides the pool, there are plenty of lounge chairs, umbrellas, dining tables, a brand new Weber BBQ grill, fire pit and much more. All this is shared with just your unit and three other units located in the building. The units are located only one block to the beach, down a beautiful palm tree lined path.



This unit has it's own private patio, with a park view. On the patio there is a small shed that has all of your beach needs, including beach chairs, an umbrella, a cooler, kids beach toys and more. We also provide a beach bag, beach towels and sunscreen inside the unit.



Besides our goal of making sure you make memories that will last a lifetime, it is also our goal to make your stay as comfortable as we can. So we try and provide you with all the essentials to help you get settled in quickly.



Some other amenities we provide include, towels, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, Q-tips, organic spices, organic olive oil, cotton balls, paper towels, napkins, toilet paper, laundry detergent, dish soap, hand soap, board games, outdoor cups and plates for the pool area and lots lots more.



We try to be as Eco Friendly as possible at all of our rentals, this includes using recycled and organic products whenever possible. We leave an all natural organic home-made all purpose cleaner for the guests to use. Our hand soap, body wash, shampoo, conditioner and laundry detergent are all eco-friendly and naturally made.



Brown park is located across the street, it has two playgrounds for the kids, basketball and tennis courts. Tennis rackets , tennis balls, pickleball rackets and balls and a basketball are all provided in the laundry room. There is also a walk out to the intracoastal water located across the street from the park on the opposite side of where the unit is located and it is a beautiful spot to catch a sunrise if you are early riser.



Many great restaurants, bars and shops are within walking distance and many more are a short drive away.



The world famous Clearwater Beach is a short scenic 10 minute drive down the beach, which offers lots of fun activities to check out as well.



If you need more space, rent one of the other three units in the building or rent all four for a large family or friends gathering.

We live a few minutes down the road if we are ever needed. Typically, we do not interact with the guests throughout their stay unless we are needed for absolutely anything or guests would like to meet us, we are always more than happy to talk/meet with our guests.

Beachy vibe

Love the location and the home itself! So clean and equipped with all the goods even the ones that I didn’t expect. The location and things were great around the place. Park for the kids, basketball & tennis court. Easy walk to the beach and plenty of resturants! Hurricane eddies and cocoa bar grill are a must!

Super cute beach getaway

Me and 4 friends stayed here and it fit us all comfortably. The kitchen is a little tight but definitely doable. The pool area was amazing and they had beach chairs we could use which was much appreciated! The walk to the beach is less than a minute and the house is right next to a pickleball court too! The only thing I didn't realize is that there's not much to do around the unit. Meaning there's no city right there to go explore. A car is definitely helpful for the area. But overall very nice and the beach being right there was amazing!

Winter get away!

We thoroughly enjoyed our visit to IRB; The apartment was just the right size for the three of us, plus our small dog. Our daughter enjoyed the pool and we were close to a playground. There are restaurants within walking distance and it's only a short drive to several sites, Be sure to check out the Botanical Gardens. Plus it's only a couple blocks to walk to the beautiful beach!!

Perfect Location and Space!

We greatly enjoyed our stay in Indian Rocks! The condo was clean, convenient, and had everything we needed. The pool was a perfect temperature for March and the beach was an easy walk away. We would definitely recommend this condo to anyone traveling to Indian Rocks!

Great pool close to park and beach

We loved everything about this cozy unit! It was completely undated/renovated and the style and decor were spot on. Although the kitchen is small, it's a perfect use of space, I'm not a huge fan of open shelving but it works very well in this space and provides room for everything you need to store. This unit is a lower floor unit which is also a plus, especially with little ones. The unit was spotless when we entered, the floors had obviously been cleaned and bathroom was immaculate. The beach was easily accessible and the park was fantastic, completely fenced in so no worry if you had little ones like we do. The backyard pool area is also completely fenced and private and having the pool heated to 88 degrees (included in price, not extra) is unheard of! We will definitely be staying here again next year!

Perfect for young families

The absolute best location for our family. Our stay here was perfect. The apartment has been completely renovated and is very thoughtfully supplied. You cannot beat the location. This property is on the border of Indian Rocks and Bellair Beach. The pedestrian access of Indian Rocks beach is 2 blocks away down a palm-tree lined lane. Across the street is a cute little park - thank you for supplying basketballs! The unit itself is cute. The king bed was very comfortable. Kids loved the bunk beds and one kid slept on the pullout couch. Plenty of blankets and pillows, as well as towels and beach towels were provided. The kitchen had all the basic essentials. The kids loved having a Roku tv in the bunkroom. Four beach chairs and some sand toys were provided. The pool and back patio were lovely. Zero negative things to say. Hoping to be back ASAP!
