All this and it is located just 4 minutes to Indian Shores Beach, and 20 minutes north along the beach is the world famous Clearwater Beach. This house is centrally located with John's Pass only 12 mins away. Downtown Gulfport and St Pete Beach are all 25 mins away.



The Space:

The Palm Oasis is located across the street from the Boca Ciega Millennium Park which has an observation tower that overlooks the intercoastal waterway. There are also playgrounds, dog parks, picnic areas, fishing spots and nature trails.



Once you enter the home, you will fall in love with this beautiful, spacious, professionally furnished, modern beach home featuring three bedrooms and two bathrooms.



Relax and read a book in our cozy living room swing chair. Enjoy your host provided local ground organic coffee or organic tea at our coastal cool kitchen island, while taking in the views of the beautiful palm trees or listening to the tranquil sound of the pool waterfall. The open layout is perfect for family gatherings and dining. Enjoy family movie night on the large screen TV, while relaxing on the large sectional sofa in the second living room, or take out some provided playing cards and board games for a little friendly competition!



The main suite wing is very private and has its own walk in closet, private bath and laundry room. The additional two bedrooms are on the other side of the house and share a second bath. The second bedroom has a queen Murphy bed that can be closed and turned into a full desk for remote work. The third bedroom has a queen and two twin bunk beds.



Once you’re settled in, head towards the gorgeous resort style backyard and you will see why the home is called the Palm Oasis. There are many amenities out back to do as little or as much as you want! A beautiful HEATED pool with a waterfall and multi-colored light feature. In the cooler months, the pool is heated to a coastal 83 degrees (the temperature can be raised up to 88 degrees for an additional daily fee). Also for your enjoyment, there is an outdoor entertaining/dining area with TV, and a wood burning fire pit (we supply the wood), and lounge chairs, just to name a few. Also in the shed, we provide floats for the pool, corn hole, mini golf, pool volleyball net, yoga essentials, beach chairs, beach umbrellas, coolers, football, and much more.



We also provide beach/pool towels, linens, paper towels, toilet paper, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, cleaning products, sunscreen and more. Wherever possible we strive to provide eco-friendly and organic products and linens.



If you’re bringing the kids, we can setup the pool safety fence upon request. We also provide a pack & play w/ sheets and blanket, outlets covers and a portable high chair.



Guest Access:

The guests have access to the entire property.



The Neighborhood:

The Palm Oasis is in a quiet family-friendly neighborhood. Steps to Boca Ciega Millennium park. 4 min bike ride to Seminole City Park with Trailhead access point to Pinellas Trail.



Getting Around:

The Palm Oasis is only a 4 min drive to the beautiful Indian Shores Beach. There is public parking right over the causeway and along the strip. The family friendly Indian Rocks Beach is 6 minutes away and the World Famous Clearwater Beach is a 20 minute drive along the beach.



Seminole City Center is a 5 min drive away and has tons of restaurants, shops and a large grocery store.



John’s Pass for the ultimate in family fun, is 12 minutes away.



Downtown St. Pete is 25 minutes away

AGE REQUIREMENTS:

You MUST be 25 years of age or older to rent this property.



PETS:

Pets are welcome at The Palm Oasis! We provide an adorable water bowl under the sink for your furry friend.



We do require all droppings to be picked up prior to leaving the property or face an additional $50 fee.



Pets are NOT permitted in the pool.



If there are any stains from pets or otherwise, please use provided cleaner under the sink immediately, and let us know, so we can address them promptly.



Failure to mention pets in your stay will result in an additional $100 cleaning fee.



QUIET HOURS/PARTIES/EVENTS:

Quiet Hours are from 10pm to 9am and are STRICTLY enforced. The home is in a family friendly neighborhood please be considerate and respectful to our neighbors.



Parties and Events are ABSOLUTELY NOT PERMITTED. If you have been found to violate this rule you will be asked to vacate the property immediately without refund.



You are vacationing in a residential area. Please be a good neighbor by keeping the noise to a respectful level during the day and night. Excessive and unreasonable noise can deprive neighbors of the peaceful enjoyment of their private property.



This is a non-smoking property.



If these rules are not adhered to you may be asked to immediately vacate the property and will forfeit your payment.



Pool:

Swimming and use of the pool are at your own risk. You waive us of any liability by using any part of the pool. If damage is incurred to the pool during your stay then you will be held financially responsible.



Security Cameras:

A ring doorbell camera is installed at the front door.



Parking: The driveway can fit a maximum of three cars.
